The hotel is clean, air conditioning works well, staff answered all our questions. It is well situated between the train station and bus station for travelers carrying their luggage. Quiet. There is also a nice laundromat, luggage storage, restaurant and ATM just around the corner. The only drawback is that the small outside terrace we saw doesn’t seem accessible to guests.

Location was great, five minute walk from the train and a close walk to everything. Room was what I expected in and old city, about average. Staff was not super friendly but were there if we needed them. I would consider staying here again if I come back.

The location of this hotel was spectacular. Truly all about, location, location, location. It’s extremely close to the grand Canal and only about a five minute walk from the train station which made arriving and leaving Venice with luggage so easy. Tip: if you can’t manage your heavy luggage across the bridge, there are porters that will haul your luggage over the bridge for €10. The room itself is a little dated, but the air conditioning ran wonderfully cold, the breakfast each morning was plentiful, and the staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful. Since Venice is a city where you walk everywhere, staying somewhere so convenient made the trip enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again for the unbeatable location, air conditioning, and hospitality.

We both realy enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very convenient but back from the main hustle & bustle. Every thing was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent, a good choice and good quality. But it was the staff that made it for us. So friendly and helpful even when we had an issue with the lift nothing was too much trouble. They sprang into action and quickly resolved our predicament. We will definitely be back. Many thanks.

El mejor hotel! Totalmente veneciano y lleno de charla. El personal muy amable y servicial, con resguardo de equipaje, y un desayuno muy rico. La habitación era perfecta en todo! Espacio, baño, camas, vista y decoración. El hotel se ubica muy cerca de la central de trenes Santa Lucía y puedes ir y venir a pie. Para ir a Piazza San Marcos hay indicaciones y aunque vas entre callejones todo es muy tranquilo y seguro. En definitiva volveremos a quedarnos en el Carlton Capri Hotel cuando volvamos a Venecia! Lo recomendamos ampliamente.

La habitación tenía un olor a sudor horrible, el personal muy amable, la puerta del baño no funcionaba, se reporto y no hicieron nada. Las instalaciones son viejas, el desayuno está aceptable. No recomiendo hospedarse en este hotel. Por el precio podrías encontrar mejores opciones

Unfortunately can't recommend this hotel. Elevator was out for around 2 days electricity kept going out (desk said in was Venice wide but others had power looking out the window. Cold showers for 2 days (they blamed the power), horrible beds (two singles, worst of my life and I've stayed in communist Cuba). Staff just blew paid lip service to the concerns.

Staffs at reception could have been more helpful on first couple of days. The staff at the last day was good. Breakfast not worth.

Lo destacable de este hotel definitivamente es la ubicación cercana a la estación de tren, el staff fue muy amable siempre. Las habitaciones son austeras pero están limpias y cumplen con el propósito de llegar a dormir. Lo único incómodo fue que había muchísimos mosquitos en la habitación y que no hubo agua caliente para bañarnos

Room was clean and everything worked. The location close o the Santa Lucia train station is convenient for walking around Venice. Our “matrimonial” bed was actually two singles pushed together, leaving a hard ridge in the center.
