Clean room. Comfy bed. Nice and quiet.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Staff very pleasant, accommodations were clean. Breakfast was your regular free buffet , good selection.

Staff at reception needs a major training on how to be welcoming and warm at the time of the check in. He was cold and not very friendly. Every question we asked seems to be burden. Very unfortunate as everything else was good! The first hello matters!

Well renovated and kept up. With more renovations under way. Accommodated us when a small issue came up. Would return. Pool was extra warm :)

Lits très confortables. Buanderie très propre. J’aurais aimé avoir une barre de relevement au bain ou plus accessible pour en sortir. On a regretté qu’il n’y ait pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain. Intérieur mal isolé, on entendait beaucoup des jeunes qui s’amusaient dans le corridor. Un point positif car on n’entendait pas du tout la route pourtant très passante.

Everything was great. Good breakfast and heated indoor pool, plus a restaurant just steps away. A perfect combination for a cold winter's day.

Bien, mais nous aurions aimé que le buffet déjeuner termine aux heures de fin de semaine le 1er janvier au matin, pas à l'horaire de la semaine normale.

Déjeuner buffet sans frais. Belle piscine et la chambre était propre et confortable
