Staff went above and beyond to help us. Clean facilities, great American breakfast. Well located.

Our employees worked overnight paving parking lot locally and asked for late checkout. Maintenance decided to change the batteries in the door at 9am which woke our employees. Front desk said they would offer a night reimbursement for the inconvenience but has to go through Expedia. Please advise how you will rectify this asap

It's was great

The bed were really comfortable but towels were heavily stained and elevator was down after our first night stay.

The room was clean and nice in size. The not so good things: poor water pressure on the shower. The air condition was not working well and there were racing cars outside making a lot of noise during the night… in the morning breakfast food were incomplete and it took a while to refill so we left

Nice clean hotel and the doors are absolutely safe with the new locking device.

Property was outdated it was okay . Sheets were stained had to ask for more sheets.

Poor service and amenities

My kids and I LOVED our stay here! The staff, the room and just everything was so great and affordable! Will definitely be coming back and making this location one of our family go-to hotel spots for each time we visit the area!

Everything was perfect. The employees were nice, the snacks were convenient, the waffles were great, and the room was nice. I did encounter a roach, though, in one of the drawers.

Las areas comunes Extremadamente sucias, mal olor en los corredores, el bano estaba sucio . Tuve q ir a comprar sabanas, cobijas y toallas pq no se veia q habia cambiado las sabanas . Fue una experiencia terrible

Clean and just a couple minutes away from UCF campus.

NIce and friendly staff! Easy parking. Felt car would be safe for the night. Bed was nice and comfortable but still wish that I had brought my own pillow. Frig was really cold. Could have walked to a couple of night clubs and would have felt safe. It was well lit. Toilet was very low...don't think I had ever used one that small. Was woken up about 2:30 am by a couple of women talking an laughing for quite awhile out in the hallway. Seemed like it was right outside the room. The breakfast was tasty and there was a nice selection but there should have been more than one person working it, replenishing food and supplies. Very easy to check out!
