Great staff, accommodating, rooms were decent, would go back again!

I do not understand why when you are staying two nights the staff don’t come in and at least tidy up the room, take out trash, make the bed and replenish supplies.

Room was a huge disappointment. Because of my disgust of the state of the room, but had a little time or option to do anything about it. I’ve not slept or enjoyed this whatsoever. It impacted my two day course which brought me to the area.

The check in process was fine. I did have to cancel my reservation for the previous day, and I was disappointed that the front desk could not be reached by phone to discuss options or booking an alternate reservation. I was fully charged for the stay, which was unfortunate. The room condition was average, and it was 30 degrees inside the room when I arrived, and it took a few hours to cool it down. The bathtub is showing wear, but otherwise my stay was okay.

Shower was dirty, carpet filthy, terrible smell in the hallways and room. Oddly enough, breakfast was alright.

The room was clean. It was in December so I was using the furnace and it worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. It’s best to have access to a car or “Uber” as there are not many amenities within a five minute walk. I would seriously consider staying here again.

The staff was polite, my room was clean and it was a very quiet room.

Other than the main reception area and lobby. The building was outdated and not well maintained.
