Very clean, breakfast options were great. Staff very friendly and efficient

We felt very welcomed when we arrived. It was great to have suggestions for dinner. We all enjoyed our dinner at St. Thomas Roadhouse. The lobby was very clean. We liked walking into a very clean room and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great stay here and we would greatly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area.

I love this place. They are my favourite place for any / every trip to London.

We had a great time.

Hotel was okay. Limited seating capacity for breakfast. The staff was prompt to report that our baby was crying at 10 pm because a few guests were complaining, however the same staff was okay with some guests making noise past 1 am in the hallway, the previous night.

Ask for front desk to use WD 40 on door to Bathroom as it squeaked for two nights disappointing

I thought this hotel was well appointed, the bed was quite comfortable, the location was good, and the breakfast was quite good. While the hotel and surroundings were clean, there was an awful lot of pubic hair in the bathroom that was not ours!

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable with nice buffet breakfasts
