Everything was fine for the one night. Hallways too noisy

rooms need a/c as the windows don't allow good ventilation.

The reception area, the bar and restaurant were really nice and welcoming. The breakfast was pretty good & hot The bedroom and bathroom was clean and tidy, but it just felt tired and needed updating.

Very pleasant stay, this is our second stay and we would definitely stay again, would recommend to anyone

I was expecting a basic hotel but it was much better. The staff were polite and helpful, the location is very convenient for Arundel and Littlehampton. There is an electric charging point right next door and a handy garage and McDonalds. The hotel has a bar and it was great to be able to sit outside, it was also good value for drinks. We were there during a heatwave so it was very hot in the rooms although they provided a powerful fan. The rest of the hotel was much cooler and they provided us with glasses of ice when requested!

We stayed for one night, location excellent for our needs. Room was clean and comfortable, well maintained. Free parking with access to McDonald's and Costa coffee in the precinct.

Good for the price but so noisy didn’t get a good sleep 🛌

Clean and comfortable room. Grateful for the fan as it was warm. The remote for the TV was missing, but this was fixed on the spot and an apology. Excellent service.

The 24hr check-in and 11am late check out was wonderful. The staff were all very helpful. The breakfast was very good with good vegetarian and vegan options. The room was clean and there were enough tea, coffee and milk portions. The shower was amazing! Very good price as well.

A nice location with good parking. Excellent staff and a nice, quiet room. No lift if you’re on the first floor but other than that all good.

Like myself, not everybody has satnav. The signposting to the Comfort Inn could be improved. However, once you know the spot, it's a good one with several travellers' services on and around the premises. The building, bedroom and bed were clean and comfortable. I spent three nights; one morning breakfast was from a short wish list, the others were from a self service buffet. Good, but as a vegetarian I missed the tomatoes. Ample parking space in front of the inn.

Very basic hotel for the price of stay. Didn’t find the beds comfortable at all and room was extremely hot. Lots of parking on site and staff very friendly. Breakfast was less desirable, not a great deal available.

L’endroit étais vraiment paisible. C’etais mignon et confortable, coller au McDonald et a un depaneur. Il y a aussi des distributeurs dans l’hôtel et pour ce rendre au village sa se fait bien à pied avec une belle vu sinon il y a une bus au heure qui passe:)

Clean room— breakfast good ive had some very average breakfasts at more expensive hotels so that’s a positive..considering the surroundings, garage and maccies close by was actually quiet at night

Good out of town location with plenty of parking. Quiet rooms with comfy beds and great shower. Staff very friendly and helpful; very good breakfast. Our son recently moved to the area but his flat does not have a spare room, so this may well become our base in the area.
