Good hotel, not the best area in town, very noisy at night as there was a lot of street racing going on outside.

The hotel used my deposit as credit for food. I asked several times what credit for the incidental. As of today, I haven’t received a deposit back.

From the moment we checked in we received superior service. Front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating. When I mentioned being in town for a concert at Camping World Stadium, he quickly offered information on the free shuttle service available to and from the venue. Our room was clean and comfortable, with toiletries provided in the shower. There is a Starbucks/bistro next to reception, a 7/11adjacent to the property, and several dining options within walking distance. The hotel is located downtown and the area felt safe. My sister and I have already booked our next stay in July when we will attend a concert at Kia Center nearby.

Excelente ubicación si deseas hospedarte cerca del downtown, Camping World Stadium, KIA center. Pero muy alejado de las atracciones y donde está la gente. El hotel tiene todo la verdad, no incluye desayuno pero te pueden vender en su marketplace. Solo hubo un día que no fueron a realizar la limpieza y tampoco rellenaron el body shop. Por lo demás muy bien, pude imprimir unos documentos incluso. Tiene alberca y gym muy completos.
