I really hope you change the name of the 2 of your hotels in this area. Courtyard Dulles Airport Herndon/Reston & Courtyard Dulles Airport Herndon !!!??? Too easy to get mixed up…I accidentally went to the other one and had to take Uber to go to the right one. I heard many guests get it confused, so NOW is the time to change it!!! Or put a note when we make a reservation or front desk should tell guests when they call to ask a shuttle. PLEASE make a change!

Nice hotel

Hotel was clean, parking isn't the greatest. There doesn't seem to be enough parking spaces. There are no prices for the snacks and drinks they sell. If you buy something, when you get to the register to pay, you get shocked as to how expensive it is. It would be good if they posted prices.

Less than 10 minutes walk to Herndon metro station. Clean and quiet area. Safe.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our suite very spacious with two separate rooms, plus balcony with outdoor seating to enjoy the fresh air and courtyard view. The shuttle was great for our pick up & drop off, we also use both evenings for local restaurants. Very happy with our stay and lovely lady nights at the end of 32 days holiday in the USA.

Good trip. People next door had loud voices that carried but other than that it was great

The property looks clean. The rooms were clean. The only problem I had was there wasn’t a microwave in the room.

Sehr sauber. Große zimmer. Bequem. Frühstück möglichkeit. Microwave imbiss zum aufwärmen sowie chips, nüsse und Süßigkeiten können im lobby gekauft werden. Apotheke und Hygiene Ware auch. Nah am mehrere Restaurants, manche liefern. Nah am Mietwagen abholung und abgabe. Nah am Flughafen. Gerne wieder.

Good experience. Housekeeping came through eventually. Good gym.

We chose this hotel for the shuttle then were disappointed the shuttle had very limited hours of service for travelers!

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Always a pleasure to stay in a Courtyard.

There was no free continental breakfast as advertised on Hotels.com

quiet and restful

Just ok. Disappointed that there was not a continental breakfast on the weekend, shuttle service was not available 24/7 and limited availability. On a positive note it was walking distance to a metro station.

It met the needs of our stay

Check in was very easy and the area around our hotel room was quiet

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was helpful, positive and friendly. I liked the food options as well.

Quiet nice stay. Staff was a bit detached hence 4 stars.

I stayed there one night.... Idk what else to write already gave 5 stars
