Bed was very comfortable! Staff was great! Elevators can use a little repair with flooring. Other that that all was okay.

The property is well located, and the staff is excellent. Any requests were attended immediately.

The staff at this property was excellent. Any concerns I had were addressed immediately. The first shift manager, maintenance team, cleaning supervisor, and front desk staff were all outstanding. I will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was great

We were disappointed from check-in. Staff was less than friendly and welcoming. Forgot a toothbrush and they had none. All three convenience shower items in the shower were empty. The tub was filled with water (it was 2am so no, we didn't ask for another room). Had to call maintenance to get hot water working. Room smelled like pet urine. There was no ice bucket (not that one would have helped with a broken ice machine on our floor). The pool was unkept and filled with debris. Our scheduled and paid for driver to the Port of Miami was a half hour late picking up. Would not stay here again.

It was a good trip overall. Nice hotel. Nice location. Dining options were limited but room was comfortable.

I would not stay at this location again the hotel needs a serious upgrade. The employees and service though was great!!

Very friendly staff

The carpet in the room was dirty, sticky to walk on in bare feet, the ac was noisy. The coffee shop food was very limited and tasted bad, even the oatmeal !! However, the front desk staff were friendly and attentive.

Be sure to add breakfast to your booking it gets pretty expensive if you don't

It was very clean, staff were very helpful and friendly.

The only issue is the mattress. Other than that very convenient to leave a car while you go for vacation out of the state or country!
