When checking in they wanted me to sign up for their program. I said no thank you. Then just gave key and have a nice day. No telling me anything about hotel except I would have to pay for breakfast unless I sign up for program. I asked if free WiFi in room. They said yes. I go to connect to it. I have to sign up for program or be charged. I’m on a handicap room because I’m handicap. Floor 2. I needed ice. I had to go to floor 1 and walk quite a ways to get ice. It was a struggle as I can’t walk far. My room said kingsize bed with sofabed couch. There was no sofabed. I paid $186 a night before taxes and fees. Definitely overpriced for not having complementary services. Definitely would not stay there again.

Great welcoming, friendly staff from front desk to housekeepers. Very clean hotel. You wouldn't even know they allow pets except for the pet waste station outside.

This was a nice hotel. It was upgraded and we enjoyed our stay. We would reserve a room here again. Highly recommend!

The staff at the front desk and bar were amazing. The food from the Bistro Bar is made in a microwave and is not very appetizing. We had the meatballs appetizer and one of the flatbreads. It lacked flavor and, for the price, was not worth it. The pillows were uncomfortable, and stains were on one of the bedside lamps. Despite that, it is in a good location, close to shopping centers and restaurants, and serves our purpose.

Solid location. Area has many options for restaurants and shopping.

I like the location of the property, it is convenient to get to the places that I wanted to visit, in particular Florida Institute of Technology. I did not like the service that was delivered by the front desk representative when I checked in on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at approximately 12 midnight. He was just there doing the bare minimum, there was no welcoming warmth, which was disappointing.

Great area, clean, comfortable, updated, bar and food options. Great lounge areas with TVs. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My dogs loved it and being on the first floor made a difference.

Great hotel with phenomenal staff

My late check in was fast and easy. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The property and rooms have been recently remodeled and everything is fresh and clean. This is an excellent value!

The property was well-maintained and the room was clean. I was just disappointed because when I booked through Expedia, I thought the hotel had breakfast included and when we arrived, we realized that breakfast is à la cart and a coffee is almost 5 dollars and the other breakfast items are expensive as well.

The room smelled like dirty socks, primarily coming from the carpet.
