Simply a motel

They cancelled my reservation due to overbooking. Their system doesn't recognize reservations made on Expedia.

Comfortable bed has all amenities coffee pot sucks but everything else worked. Some old dirt could get cleaned with a toothbrush, old with new. Nice stay.

Kept running out of food for breakfast. Bathroom was moldy. AC very noisy and could hear neighbors walking around a lot late at night.

Very basic accommodations. Fine for a quick overnight. Shower faucet was old and barely operational. When reported to staff, the response was that it was a common complaint. If known, why no upgrade?

stay was alright for a one night. Room had a wired smell

Scary area. Bums all around. Really dirty restaurants nobody cleans. Brown bear restaurant was filthy. Didn’t stay to eat. Whole place gave me the creeps!

Room carpet was stained and dirty. No elevator on a 3 story property made it difficult for us to get our bags up the stairs as we are senior citizens. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but filling and hot.

For over two years this place has advertised EVcharging despite the fact it has been broken, and they have known about it but still benefit. Otherwise it is uncomfortable, wifi is prehistoric and the hotel is surrounded by homeless. A very disappointing night

I reserved a room and communicated that I needed a first floor room or access to an elevator due to my 92 year old mother was not able to climb stairs. When we arrived I was told that there were no available rooms on the first floor. They had already filled them. They then said I could just take a second floor it I could be refunded. We left and could not find a room and had to drive 5 more hours that night. Horrible service

Very friendly very comfortable beds we loved our stay

First and foremost, the hotel staff initially gave me and my wife a room that was already occupied. When we opened the door, we were immediately hit by the strong smell of food—something like a hot plate and rice cooker cooking Asian cuisine. It seemed less like a hotel room and more like a crash pad. There was garbage piled in the corner, open cases of food, leftovers still in grocery bags, and stacks of single-use plates. Clothes were laid out on one of the beds. Strangely, the beds looked untouched or already made, and there was even a fully assembled baby crib. It was around 10:00 p.m., and we were understandably confused and concerned by the situation. The front desk gave us another room, but when we got to the third floor, things didn’t improve. People were loudly socializing in the hallway with doors wide open—even though it was late. It felt like they had taken over the entire floor, talking and laughing well into the night without any regard for other guests. Overall, the entire experience was unsettling and unprofessional. It didn’t feel like a safe or well-managed place to stay.

the grounds were a little sketchy. questionable people hanging around. no elevator. the room was clean for the most part, unless you looked closely, trash behind the furniture, water stains in the ceilings. the ac worked really well which was a plus.

Not clean, period… pay double, stay somewhere else.

Looks like a good attempt of a remodel.

No elevator and no clue before we got there. No shampoo. Had to carry luggage up three floors with knee replacement.Staff was friendly breakfast was good
