Nice area good restaurants and easy to places to lounge and party

The property was beautiful, The stay was excellent, The personnel was wonderful. Unfortunately the parking experience was just OK. I was charged when I arrived for the entire time that I was going to be there, upfront then when I change my vehicle and let them know that I had to change it with the rental company, I was charged daily for the parking even though I had already paid. I let several persons know, several times. They tried to fix it, but they were unsuccessful. I am going to address this with my credit card company. It shouldn’t be so difficult.

It was absolutely beautiful and within walking distance to the beach. The pool was gorgeous, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. There were a lot of groups staying at the property, so it made it a long line for omelets over the weekend but, other than that, it was a wonderful trip. I would stay again without reservation.

We enjoyed the stay for the most part. If you prefer beachfront property, this isn't it. But you can walk about 2 blocks to the beach. They aren't big on details. We didn't have wifi. If they had it, they never told us. They provide beach chairs and umbrella. They are the orange ones. No one tells you. We just kept walking until we figured it out. Beach chairs and umbrella go away at 4:30. I do not recommend the pizza at the hotel. It wasn't good. My husband was convinced to order a large and we at 2 slices from a $32 pizza. Happy Hour was good. You get 2 drinks per day. The pool is very nice! It is next to the hwy, but still very nice! Daily breakfast was ok. Very, very long lines! The housekeeping was just okay. Room was clean when we got there except there was a hair on our blanket. Sadly, I never expect blankets to be clean. But there were breakfast trays dumped in the hall by guests, and they just sat on the floor for a day and a half. Yuck! We didn't ask for room service except for one day. They made the bed, changed the towels, but didn’t touch the dirty glasses or refill coffee supplies. We arrived for check in very late due to a late flight; 3:30 am, and were still charged the resort fee for that day. Obviously, we missed all amenities that day. Would've been nice for them to waive that. Close to airport, and Uber service is fast. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay. Whether you choose this place depends on your personal pros and cons.

Since when staying one consume in the hotel they should no charge for parking and please put some clock in the rooms thanks

Room was nice but the room service was a bit slow. Called for towels but took hours to be delivered and ran out of the room shampoo and shower gel and received it the next day after another call was placed. There are service charges for everything, daily resort fee and daily parking fees on top of your regular stay.

I love that anytime you walk through the lobby there’s always staff cleaning. This hotel is beautiful and I’m EXTREMELY picky when it comes to travel. 2 free drink tickets per day, free beach chairs and umbrellas, towels provided at the pool, poolside bar with a friendly bar tender, and the breakfast was so delicious. Omelette bar (made to order) and other cold breakfast options.

The place it’s really nice, good location and the services in general it’s great

This place was very nice, front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Great size pool for all ages, great bar and restaurant. The hotel provides you with beach chairs, towels and umbrella for the beach, which I thought was great. The hold your luggages before checkout and after checkout. But what I must say, the rooms have this unique odor. The odor reminds me of mold. I don’t know if the carpets in the room are not being cleaned correctly, maybe the furniture, or the air vents; but everytime I walked into my suite and family suite it was the same smell. The smell was only in the rooms not in the lobby or restaurants. Other then that my stay was great. Will definitely go again but I will bring a mold reader.

I didn't like that the room smelled bad, like cats or pets were there before us. The furniture is old and shabby. The bedrooms do not reflect the overall property. They need to upgrade furniture (run-down couches and chairs). Also, the rugs are old and smelly, and needs upgrading!
