Goede kamers lekker ruim, wel wat gehorig maar het bed is goed en het is echt schoon. Ontbijt is ook zeer goed en ruim voorzien.

Good breakfast friendly staff and great location

Decent enough hotel in a good location, with friendly staff. Our room, although a good size, was in need of some refurbishment with a very worn carpet and marked walls.

Lovely hotel, clean and right in the city centre. Booked as advertised rooms had a/c and it had been especially warm but really inefficient (possibly turned off centrally at night) so struggled to sleep. A real disappointment

Property a little run down and dated, but the staff were excellent

The main problem was checking in.it appears they only had a record of one room not two rooms booked. This was cleared up but it appears to have been Expedia’s fault. But it delayed us

歴史のある、風情のあるホテルでした 古いためにリフトが設置できないそうで、大きい荷物を運ぶのは大変でしたが、そういう不便さはこのホテルを維持するためにも仕方ないと思います。 居心地はとても良く、イギリス旅行最終日の疲れをしっかり癒すことができました

It’s simply an old hotel that needs a bit of updating. But it was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful and kind.

Perfect location, nice rooms, and helpful staff.

Pleasantly surprised by this conveniently located affordable hotel which offered clean simple rooms, friendly staff and a lovely garden and bar. The only downsides were that in my room overlooking the main road, I could very slightly hear the traffic although this did not disturb my sleep too much. Also, there there was no visible recycling and the towels felt parched! It would be good if the hotel could make it easier to opt out of a daily clean as I did not realise how to do this and this wasted towels/water. Maybe telling guests to put a sign on the door if they want their room cleaned rather than the other way around.

Nice place with Clean rooms and a good location

This was only a one night stay, we found our room to be clean and comfortable and in a very convenient location, walking distance to shops and sightseeing.

The location is ideal for walking around Salisbury. The check in team were extremely helpful and professional. There is a beautiful courtyard area with flower tubs and a lovey mature tree in the centre to get shade. The seating was also very good. I breakfast was lovely with a good selection of hot and cold food. All the staff were very polite and attentive. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay again.

Location, staff and quality of room were excellent

An excellent stay at this centrally located hotel. Amenities were good, staff friendly and the property quiet and comfortable with parking onsite. I would definitely recommend it.
