The Hotel itself is top notch but it was let down greatly by the lack of sound proofing in the rooms. We were kept awake all night by extremely noisy inconsiderate neighbors. We could hear the TV, talking, turning switches on and off (lots), the swearing and shouting was terrible, they then decided to have a telephone conversation on speaker phone for over an hour, this continued all through the night and was at its worst between 0200hrs to 05.40hrs. It was just too late to contact reception and move as we were only staying 1 night.

Good quality room all you want for your stay with a quality breakfast.

Clear and neat rooms, External appearance looks a bit tired and could do with a lick of paint.

Went for an executive room, which was big but dated and needed a new carpet it was great. Best of all was the shower which was perfect 👌

It was okay overall. There is some noisy work going on at a site adjacent to the hotel. It is unclear if this is to clear the site or preparing for building. This is not the hotel's fault but it did impact my stay. Guests should be notified if this is ongoing.

Very clean, comfortable & superb hospitality by front desk staff & in the restaurant at breakfast. 10/10, highly recommend

The only bad bit is the restaurant is up two flights of stairs with no lift!!

£12 per day parking, it was included for free last year…. This is Basildon, not central London

Hotel room and location met my needs, parking is very expensive though.

The hotel its self is dated, massively overpriced with a recent choice to charge £12 a night for parking. The rooms are functional.. central London hotels are cheaper and much better choices for places to stay in the area.. no wonder there’s always space

Super basic hotel on a retail park. Very functional. I have the ‘executive room’ think premier inn from 2009

Business travel. Stay here regularly but hotel is getting worse. Smokers in the rooms, noise levels increasing.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly at this location - reallt felt like they went the extra mile to accommodate guests

Cold room at night. I could not sleep, I could not turn temperature up.
