Close to the port

We checked in quite late, but check in was very quick. Staff were lovely - especially the lady on breakfast duty. Bed was comfortable. Only slight negative is that the bathroom was very small - you could only have one person in there at a time.

Its great they now accept dogs.

Great place to stay, especially, before going on a cruise. Very convenient to the cruise terminal. Clean and comfortable.

It’s a really nice experience to have stayed with this hotel. The staff (Suraj) carefully helped us with an interlinked set of two rooms which made our stay very much comfortable and convenient.

Good location for Ferry port, lovely staff and friendly great stay

Great place, pleasantly surprised very easy to get to. Lobby area was lovely, modern and stylish. Very helpful member of staff on reception and room was comfortable and had every thing we needed, the Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Overall very happy with our stay.

Clean and convenient for Dover Castle.

Very comfortable stay, friendly staff. Love having a Nespresso machine in the room! The heater was fairly noisy in our particular room so we had to have the heating off while we were sleeping, but other than that the room was great, the bed very cosy. Very good location for exploring Dover Castle.

Business stopover. Helpful staff, quiet location (room at rear). Good heating/ ac. Restaurant is Italian with tasty food and good service. Easy parking.

Greeted by friendly staff at front desk, room itself was comfy and good value for money. Only criticism is the room was a bit noisy from other guests and creaking pipes.

Nice, clean comfortable hotel. Bed was super comfy and there was plenty of hot water for showers.
