Very nice hotel and buying the breakfast package is really worth it. I enjoyed my stay there.

Not exactly what we were expecting for a 4* hotel! We booked a well appointed and spacious suite with balcony and ocean views. Unfortunately there was no furniture on the balcony nor was it permitted to place any furniture outside - what a waste of a balcony!! Whilst the area of Paceville provided a huge range of eateries, the area didn’t feel particularly safe at night. A lot of road works and road closures close to the hotel didn’t help either. On the plus side, regular bus services ran from just outside the hotel, including the “hop on - hop off” tour buses. Taxis and Ubers very reasonably priced.

Amazing location near lots of restaurants, bars and stores. Beautiful location and hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay as always. Loved the newly decorated room and as per my request, right next to the lifts.

A very pleasant stay could not fault. Lovely seaview. Good range of breakfast.

Beautiful property, upscale neighborhood and shopping. Dining options were out of this world.

It is very nice hotel big rooms. There are plenty of opportunities around hotel. As for the service at the hotel, it is so bad. When I checked in, there were two girls with such poor communication and bad attitude. I tried to answer everything they asked me and they asked me to take a photo of my bank card. I said that it is not usual to give away bank cards and I asked for more information about it. The girls teased me and backbited me while I stood in front of them. These girls ruined my whole vacation. I am so sorry that somone can treat others this way.

Ottima struttura, ma servizi in camera come l' aria condizionata non funzionante, finestre bloccate e lavandino piccolissimo e gli scarichi dello stesso e del bidet sono bloccati volutamente e quindi si riempiono subito d' acqua, sicuramente molto apprezzata la vista mare

Sehr schönes Hotel, großes Zimmer, großes Bad, alles sehr sauber. Sehr gute Betten, Personal sehr freundlich. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Indoor- und Aussenpool, Fitnessraum. Bus fußläufig erreichbar.

Dans l’ensemble c’était un très bon hôtel, bien situé, propre, joli et notre chambre était spacieuse. Mais dans la douche, le pommeau de douche était tout petit et la pression de l’eau était très faible. Ce n’est vraiment pas pratique, surtout quand on est une femme et qu’il faut laver ses longs cheveux. De plus, le gel douche était dans des tout petits pots, et c’était très difficile de faire sortir le gel douche du pot. C’est vraiment dommage pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. C’est pour ces 2 raisons que je ne donne pas la note maximale à l’hôtel. À part cela, c’était super !
