The lady at the front stayed back and put in a double shift because the night shift called in sick. That says a lot about how much they care about their customers. She was super friendly and was very helpful.

Room has seen better days

Staff was nice and room was clean.

Room was comfortable and very quiet. Curtains blocked out all light. Shower was nice and hot.

I spent extra to stay here for the pool only to find out that it was closed for maintenance which was annoying. Otherwise it was fine.

The last time we stayed here we had a king bed and a nice view of detroit. this time was 2 queens and it was ok. View was cool of the bridge but room itself felt a little outdated with the carpet and bathroom walls. comfy beds and pillows were good.

Great service, clean room and an amazing view

Had a few issues with the room at first but the staff was great and relocated us, Was clean and enjoyable, beautiful view with great coffe at stand by. The bar was calming with many great food and drink options.
