Love the town of Mount Dora

My wife and I had a great stay. Breakfast was amazing, as usuall. We were about 6 minutes to downtown Mt. Dora, which is what we were visiting for. We are not fans of sliding bathroom doors with no locks, which is what most Hampton Inns have now.

So clean and quiet!!!!!

Great hotel and location.

The staff was very helpful and courteous, both at reception, bkfst, and in making up our room.

On main road.

Stayed at this location 50 times and I’ve never encountered a better situation in the My Dora area

It was very difficult to find the property. It is completely blocked from sight even though it has road frontage

Exterior as well as welcome (front door) mats need cleaning/replacing.

Clean but regular plain breakfast. Good to have coffee all day. Good service.

Strong odor in room. Odor from water

The elevator was broken and we had to go up 3 flights of stairs. When It was our turn for Housekeeping, they left trash bins full and didn’t make one bed. The sheets were not replaced and were dirty. When we complained they said it was because there was a stuffed animal on it. The breakfast was worse than usual and they didn’t have waffles available. When we complained they said they would send an attendant the following day. It was not the usual Hampton inn experience and we have been to many! They just didn’t care at all.

Great staff.

My stay was for two nights. Housekeeping did not tidy the room at all during my stay.

Front desk was very kind and helpful. Room was well stocked and clean. Breakfast was fine in the morning.
