The Inn is very conveniently located in east Memphis, near shopping and restaurants, including the Wolfchase Mall. The in-house breakfast was generous and fresh (eggs/omelets, sausage, potatoes, pastries, oatmeal, cereal, juices, coffee and tea, fruit). The room was clean and well stocked with towels, bath supplies, etc. Bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was efficient and responsive. Staff was very pleasant. Exercise room was clean and well maintained. We'll definitely book here when in Memphis again.

It was excellent, absolutely no complaints

Easy access to hotel off main interstate. Think prior guests towel was left hanging on the hook behind the BR door. No regular coffee in tray, only decaf. Breakfast staff did nice job.

Our first room was not what we expected with only 1 bed. But it worked out since we had my grandson and needed the space for his pack-n-play. We stay here often, and always have good customer service.

Great except the pool was closed. I picked the hotel based on the property having a pool. Wasn’t informed at check in, it was just locked.

Staff was wonderful, and my grandkids loved the chocolate chip cookies.

Not the quality of Hampton experienced for years. Furniture and carpet very run down.

The floors throughout the entire property were visually dirty and in some areas sticky. The floor in my bathroom left black dirt all over a white towel that was on the floor. No hot water during my stay in the evening or following morning. Strict no refund policy meant no compensation. Stay elsewhere!

The room was absolutely filthy. Stained carpet, furniture and lamp shades. Bad smell. Pink mildew all over the grout around the tub and black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Corners and baseboards looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. Carpet in hallway was full of crumbs.

The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our special needs. The desk attendant was very curteous and friendly. Made us feel very special by ensuring our wants and needs were satisfied.

Amazing everything was great, comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms, comfortable couch.i would stay again. I felt safe in the area. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

Infestation of roaches, spiders, and chicken sausages!

The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast. The pull out bed was dirty (found crumbs and trash when we opened it). Mildew on the bathroom ceilings and dirt in corners of the bathroom.
