It was late when we checked in but the front desk was so polite and friendly.

The staff member on duty seemed a little bothered by my arrival. He wasn't rude, just a little short. When I told him that I was having hip surgery the next morning at 5 am, he didn't offer a room on a lower floor, or any kind of discount; we were put on the fourth floor.The amount paid for the accommodations, and service seemed a little high. Honestly thought there might have been a little more empathy?

This is a great hotel, I would stay here every time I came to the area. In fact anytime I go away I'm going to stay at a. Hampton inn. Staff were so friendly. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable and the amenities were good. Breakfast was superb.

We were on second floor. All the amenities were very nice, but starting early in morning there was a generator or something that keep kicking on and off, on and off. We couldn't sleep for whatever that was that made the noise. Disappointed in that.

The room was perfectly for our overnight stay. The breakfast options worked for all members of my family and their preferences.

The stay was fine. Only complaint is that it seemed there was people at the pool that were not guests. It would have been fine but they were rude. Paying 200 a night for a room, they should reserve pool for guests only.

We stayed in the Hampton Inn August 2nd through the 4th. Our check in process was smooth and easy! But when we got to our room a dirty magic eraser was sitting our bathroom countertop. There was also someone else’s food left in the mini fridge. To add the this, the sheets and blanket were itchy and there were large wet areas on the floor making the room smell like it had mildewed. My mother stayed at the hotel as well and said that the sheets on her bed smelled like someone else’s body odor.

The room was clean and the hotel wasn’t a far drive from downtown Kingsport as well as very close to stores and food options.
