At check out, person worked at lobby demanded to see proof of my service animal. This is a violation of ADA law. I showed him the ID and told him was in violation of the ADA law. I was cursed at and told that I was racist.

No thanks

If we had the opportunity we would stay here again.

Well the first room had bedbug on heating syatem. Was a dispute on this. My spouce who has been a evormental manager over 40 years know what a bed bug is. The cover on this was off. Second room no phone, toe or finger nails on floor in bathroom (not ours)

Had a nice stay and pet friendly to boot.

I was dissatisfied with the amenities, not the physical ones, but the things like cheap cheap toilet paper small bin wash rags very limited breakfast option. I didn’t eat there any of the three mornings like this management group. Many of their hotels in numerous brands are always administered on the cheap side

Late eve checkin and unfortunately staff had technical issues with person ahead of me. Took 25 minutes… Bathroom had long black hairs still in the shower from previous tenants. A dated hotel.

We were given a room near the front desk where the phone was ringing on a regular basis, making it difficult to sleep. When we asked the desk person if we could get a different room, he said we were out of luck because we booked through Hotels.com. It wasn't until we made him call his manager that we at least got a loud fan (for white noise) so we could sleep through the night. This experience left us with a very negative feeling toward the Hampton Inn brand. We've had good experiences with several Hampton Inns, but this has left us thinking the Brand is not reliable.

Great for business trips.

Very grouchy reception on registration, the assigned room had a very bad odour of septic or bad drain upon arrival. The grounds were very very filthy and garbage everywhere. Obviously no one cleans the outside grounds. Breakfast was indicated to be a full breakfast. No way ! Toast bagels waffles cereal and oatmeal. Some condiments. Hardly a full breakfast. Hard boiled eggs shell on. This property is the worst Hampton inn I’ve ever stayed in. This property does not deserve the Hampton Flag

Easy to work with and locate nice stay

Our room was extremely clean. I loved how much storage there was and all of the hooks for hanging towels, etc. The breakfast was phenomenal and changed from day to day. Everyone I met on staff was polite and professional.

It was clean and Cozy. We had a good night sleep. Front desk workers were friendly and had very good customer service skills.

Staff was nice

It was our first time traveling with our dog and they allow dogs. I didn't find the dog area until the next morning. Husband didn't think to ask where to walk the dog the night before and it wasn't offered. It's set back off main road so we didn't notice much of the semi traffic near-by. Off US 35 and I-71 inter change. Best because of Starbucks offering right down the way! Easy food options/gas before continuing on journey. We hadn't noticed the property for 16 years of traveling but now we are breaking up travel times and this is very convenient.
