I like it because service is good and l like area

A refund was promised for the unused days and as yet no refund has been issued. The refund was promised by the front desk person at the time of check out. The security deposit was refunded at that time

Good veiw

Upon our arrival the desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. A little more water pressure would be nice but the stay overall was great. I will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and compfy rooms for a decent price. Excellent restaurant down stair as well.

I’m sure it’s a nice hotel but my plans changed and I didn’t realize that I had booked this without paying extra for a cancellation option. Tried to change the date but would’ve had to pay for that night regardless. Should’ve booked directly through the hotel

I never have any issues during my stay, one of the first ones I check if there’s vacancies. I would like to point out that, the breakfast in the restaurant is getting worse each time. When I first started going to the restaurant you were able to order bacon/eggs or sausage which was great. Then they started having a buffet style but the food is not hot so basically cold food. The hotel gives a coupon & that’s a ticket for breakfast. The hotel pays for the breakfast it’s not like they’re feeding the customer for free. It’s been like that for quite sometime it’s not much better than a continental breakfast. I did like going downstairs have your breakfast/coffee. On Sundays, if you go after 9:00 you don’t get breakfast unless you order and pay. Which I don’t see why you can’t order breakfast on Sundays. But I like the service at the hotel.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was quite soft. Bathtub was deep which I enjoy but there is no bar or ledge on the inside so can be tricky getting out. Complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. Eggs, kielbasa and potatoes only. Not much of a selection and only on until 9am on Sunday.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Restaurant on property is convenient and food was good. This was my second stay and I would use this hotel again.

Loved the complimentary breakfast which was a huge portion.

In the middle of Renovations

Very happy with my stay except the room was way too hot and I couldn’t find anyway to adjust temperature. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Premises very clean.
