Une catastrophe

Breakfast was okay, it's not something I would come back for and not worth the additional cost compared to other hotels in the area. Everyday of our stay we had to get our cards reprogrammed. Of course we didn't know this before we got to our room, then had to go all the way back to the front desk to get it fixed. Not sure if this is a hotel policy or why this was happening but the staff didn't seem to be surprised each time. Hotel parking lot was half paved, half dirt road and had questionable people hanging about in the evenings and overnight. Hallway had an old smell but room was well air conditioned and bed was clean. Couch and chair in the room was very old, didn't feel clean to sit on. Not sure I would stay here again, the least maintained Ramada I've ever stayed in.

We stayed 3 nights. Our room was not cleaned once during our stay. We had to ask every day for new keys and coffee. Breakfast was good though.

Great place to stay

Checked in, they said they were overbooked. Gave a room that was not accomadated for our needs. Room was dirty, looked like blood and hair was every where.

It is a complete dump.

Clean room

Had to knock on the employee door to get service when checking in. Was a bit unprofessional

TV was small and can't control the use the re mote to watch, Washroom Toilet is very low and small, not enough Towels for two people, need to improve in these areas. Elton

Breakfast was one the issues n parking was awful

Property is old, not very well maintained, little to no upgrades and smells musty. While the bed and linens were clean, the carpets in the room were dirty/stained and overall cleanliness was not great. The furniture in the room was very old/not updated, broken/scratched. There was a dead bug in the picture frame hanging on the wall. The pool was closed which was not disclosed at booking, and the water in the pool looked discoloured, there is no hot tub as shown in pictures. The pictures on the website look very different than in person. Very very poor and unsafe area in the city- definitely would not recommend for a family. Watched two violent assaults just outside of the property in a very short span to pick up food down the street. Many intoxicated and transient individuals loitering around the property. Hotel does have a security guard which was appreciated and necessary, staff were all friendly and pleasant, breakfast was good. Would not return.

Dirty

Everything was old. Even the bathroom towels were brown. I was on a work vacation, so having a real working table and chair in the room was the only real good thing. The rug was worn. The bedsheets were worn. They couldn't even really stock the coffee maker section: no cream or sugar or sweetner. There was no microwave. No extra blankets in the drawers. Ironing board was stained, and the electric iron itself was difficult to use. Breakfast was ok, not better or worse than most hotels. However, after the first disappointing night with all I mentioned above, the absence of basic hashbrowns was not noticeable. Ramada, you can do better. You are charging 4-star hotel prices for a 2-star hotel.

Well worth the budget price

The pool was gross we didnt even use it which was annoying as the fact it had a pool is why we booked it. The room was clean the beds were very uncomfortable. Had a higher end continental breakfast. The pool was a huge let down I would have not stayed had the pictures been accurate

The tub was broken. Fist holes in the door. Carpet is gross. Too many natives in the parking lot people were too noisy at 12am

Room was good, pool closes to early (9pm), lots of people hanging by front door late at night but breakfast was pretty good! Over all would stay at this hotel again

Staff great, room great, breakfast great, parking still under construction, pool green.
