Excelente comida. Excelente ubicación

I love this hotel, but I think this was the last time I will stay there. It is so lovely and the gardens are beautiful. The view from the restaurant is amazing and the restaurant itself is so good. Problem is that the rooms are very outdated. I mean this is supposed to be a simple rustic hotel, but the rooms are VERY outdated. From the beds to the furniture to the bathroom, this place really needs a nice update. It is even hard to find an outlet that works and some of them stop working when you turn off the lights. Just not worth the hassle anymore.

Junior Suite overlooking garden and City excellent, spacious, great interior design. AC working, enough water pressure for hot showers, clean bed. Swimming pool heated

La habitación es de buen tamaño, bien equipada. La iluminación puede mejorarse. Cama de buen tamaño y cómoda. Muy buen costo/beneficio.

Everything was 100% great from the moment we pulled up. Staff and hospitality was so great!!

El personal muy amable! Nos ofrecieron la habitación con la mejor vista a la catedral de Morelia. Un verdadero espectáculo! Nos sentamos muy alagadas a tan excelente vista. Gracias!

El hotel es muy bonito en las intalaciones en general, pero le falta poner atención a la calidad de las toallas ( ya se perciben viejas) los colchones son muy duros y los amenities se perciben "baratos"

The property is beautiful and the service was excellent. The food was just fair, not tasty and fresh. My biggest complaint was with the room. It was clean, but the lighting was poor and the few electrical plug- ins were poorly placed.The room was above a busy road and very noisy. I rented a room that was discounted. Maybe thats why it was in the bad location, won't do that again.

Nos hospedamos en una habitación con vista a la ciudad, estuvo increíble. La cama y las almohadas me permitieron un descanso y sueño profundos El buffette del desayuno en sábado está muy compmeto y el café de grano recién elaborado, muy rico!
