Room was clean checkin quick quiet safe surroundings

Everything was excellent

In the most expensive suite on the top floor, the coffee machine had not been cleaned from the previous guest, the microwave is broken, there was no safe, and the refrigerator froze everything you put in it. Only the staff saves this place from a zero. They were helpful and courteous

This hotel is very dated. The room had water damage on the ceiling, bad paint and a horrible "hydra" tub in the middle of the room.

I love going to the baymont due to the pool, hot tub and the friendly staff. But this time, i went for a night get a way with my 10 year old son and the only complaint i have is, the pool was dirty, food all over the floor and alot of stuff floating in it, the chlorine burned my eyes just sitting in the pool area. Couldnt get in the hot tub bc there were 3 drunk adults in it with their alcohol in styrofoam cups taking the whole hot tub up acting inappropriately. My bathroom was dirty, it was obvious they didnt clean it. There was someone elses long black hair all in the shower and cigarette butts in the corner of the bathroom floor.

Breakfast wasn’t good.

Overall a decent hotel. Was quiet and in a not very busy area. Front desk staff made checkin easy. Layout if the lobby was ok. Parking was convenient and had self parking. Room was decent for the price with 2 beds a desk and fridge included. Didnt watch tv but had tv located in the room. Only 1 ice machine in the hotel located on the first floor. Had an indoor pool on the property that looked decent but didnt use. Breakfast was a little lacking with eggo style waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and grave as well as yogurt and bananas. Overall for the price i would say it was a decent clean hotel.

The floors weren't swept the best in the room but we didn't stay more than 5 hours so we didn't really need anything fancy.

Keep it clean always

Good enough for a quick sleep. Nothing fancy. Lots of family’s with kids running through the halls and screaming. Doors slamming.

Clean, safe location, fast check in. Only *complaint* is that the pillows are too firm for my taste.

Comfortable bed and very clean.

Bed comfortable, room clean. I only pick hotels that tell you how big the room is. This one did and was truthful.

Older hotel, but

Garden tub switch didn't work - had to use kill switch on side of tub to get it started. Nozzles in tub were gross. Ants between the tile and carpet around the tub. Towels were tiny and few.

Jus easy checkin and then the hot tub was amazing.
