Check in was quick and efficient. Our room on the first floor was clean and spacious. We bought breakfast with our room reservation. It was fine, but the service was top notch. I'd stay here again should we be back in San Antonio

Stay could have been better overcharged for a balcony room + elevators not working so it made my stay really inconvenient to wait 10 minutes every time I leave my room

This was not my first time staying at this Marriott location but it will definitely be my last. The room was very disappointing to say the least. The sheets had lipstick, the towels were dirty & they charge for Wi-Fi now?! I also asked for a late check out which is maybe an hour or 2 complimentary but now they charge for that too! Water is $6 a bottle so make sure to not drink if you’re thirsty! Unbelievable!

Staff was great. This is why I keep staying here, hotel room does need upgrades but overall staff is what keeps this going.

Would be great for maybe one night. Something quick. We stayed for 3 nights and it got kind of annoying. Expensive breakfast, no microwave in the rooms, fridge wasn’t working, the cleaning people weren’t coming to my room when they said they would so the front desk would tell my i had To come down to get whatever the cleaning people didn’t give me. Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at so it’s mid

The property was more then expected front staff always so helpful and nice great experience!

Would have been better with free breakfast was the time i ever experience that plus no microwave in the room just on second floor was time consuming warming up food

Excelent Services

Property was kept in good condition over all. Our room had dead cockroach and the bathroom had some hair in the shower from previous occupants. Staff was very helpful and attentive.

The staff was very helpful and informative. We didnt need much but got it without asking or was already availible. There was plenty of areas where you could be to rest or just stretch and not be in the room locked up.

Worst Marriott experience ever

The hotel was clean but for the price I feel that more amenities should be offered. There is no complementary breakfast and no complementary wifi (either 10.95 or 14.95 a night). There are no microwaves in the rooms but there was a refrigerator.

Nice hotel , no problems

There was hair in the bath tub, I advised front desk and the only answer was they will advise housekeeping manager, no apologies no offered to move us to another room. Had to clean it my self prior taking a shower, not a good experience at all.

I like the quietness of the area. There is no Free breakfast.

Great property, looks a little old and stagnate, room was clean a average size.
