Beautiful Hotel, full of art and charm. Staff lovely. Highly recommend.

Hervorragendes Hotel, wunderschöne Anlage. Unser Zimmer ( Meerblick) war jedoch für Februar zu kalt, da nach Norden ausgerichtet. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr groß, allerdings schon „old-fashioned… Die Restaurants sind durchschnittlich für ein 5* Haus. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, besonders im Außen Bereich genossen. Das das Haus zu wenig Parkplätze hat, ist sicher seiner Bauzeit geschuldet. Jedoch wurdef ür uns dieses Problem durch sehr hilfsbereite Doorman aufgefangen.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS, we would go again in a heartbeat! Best hotel for service and facilities. I’d like to see some free exercise yoga pilates classes offered in the Spa rather than paying for them. The treatments are pricey too but rest of Spa was wonderful! Esp the hidden cave hot tub that we found on last day! Such a pleasure to chat to the staff and they were not at all stuffy. As an avid birdwatcher the botanical gardens were to die for! New species at every turn as well as the flowers, plants & bonsai trees - workshop on these bonsai’s & flower arranging were brilliant :-)

Well-run and efficient, excellent staff, without exception. Lovely enviroment, excellent facilities. A real pleasure to be there in every way. The shuttle bus to the town centre is also a well-run service.

Propiedad iconica con habitaciones espaciosas, decoración clasica, una bonita zona de piscina y jardin, y deaayuno normal pero mas especial si se toma en la zona exterior. Zona segura y tranquila, para bajar a Puerto dr la cruz caminando 15mins pero volver de subida complicado, mejor aparcar rn el faro ya que el transporte del hotel es cada hora y en horas limitadas

Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta fantastiska hotell. Toppservice och utmärkt utbud av restauranger och spabehandlingar. Trädgård och pooler är hur bra som helst. Frukosten är väldigt bra. Det enda lite sämre är en gungig säng.

Lovely hotel, great staff. Would recommend to anyone. Disappointed to see the small Avery on the property as this is quite cruel to the birds. Otherwise outstanding place

Beautiful place well maintain and clean. All the hotel is full of special art exhibition. Spa is hugh and great, and treatments are professional. All 4 restaurant are excellent. Staff is proffesional and always welcoming and helpfull. Highly recommended.
