Quarto limpo e muito espaçoso ,otimo café da manhã, fica muito bem localizado. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Quando chegamos só tinha uma pessoa atendendo, poderia ter outros.

Falta más personal en recepción a la hora de la salida y que levanten la vista de la computadora en todo momento ya que habemos personas que nos acercamos a preguntar algo, pero parece que andan ocupados en sus máquinas y nos dejan esperando, sin embargo, todos muy amables. También más bellboy a la salida, tardó el bellboy en llegar para darnos el equipaje y su actitud fue como que estaba molesto. En premium level me tocó un cereal caducado de meses, se lo comenté a la Hostess, me ofreció disculpas y otro cereal. La limpieza en la habitación fue excelente! Alberca y jacuzzi excelente. Restaurante, room service excelente. Personal de seguridad muy amables. Un día me estaba bañando por la mañana y la presión del agua disminuyó y luego se fue el agua caliente, ya estaba por terminar, no comentamos nada ya que en la noche ya estaba la presión del agua normal y ya había agua caliente.

Premium lounge open until 9pm got there around 820pm. 2 cookies left i asked if more where avaliable and i was told since they closing at 9pm those where the last ones. So if you are coming late you Wil be lucky to get pastries and cookies. Why stay open if they don't have enough

the room is OK, the bed and pillow are decent, but not great the shower was a light drizzle and althou I asked, it was not fixed also, make sure to shcek in before night or it will take a long time

Free coffee in the lobby in the morning would be nice.

La habitación muy buena y el personal amable

We booked this hotel because it’s a beautiful place and because it has airport transportation. The airport transportation was so bad on many levels. We called ahead for our pick up and saw the van but before we could get to it it drove away. So we had to wait another 25 minutes in the cold with a baby and 2 kids. Then to get an airport transfer back to The airport they said the only go once an hour and they were full and booked up for 4 hours and had one available that was to late for our flight. They said sorry you can take a taxi for $40 when it should have been included in our stay. Need to have more airport runs for the many people who stay there.

The room was spotless and really comfortable. I had a great view of the city and the pool. I loved this hotel and the Barcelo also has a great gym spa and steamroom. 10/10 highly recommend.

The room was clean and nice. However the fridge/mini bar was locked. The food in the hotel was good and everyone was very helpful. I would go back again.
