Spotlessly clean room

Great location, excellent staff and food highly recommended.

Room was fine, excellent service in the restaurant and the gym and pool area was very nice. Parking was fine, and staff are all lovely. Shower in room was terrible, weak pressure and freezing cold. Apart from that very good hotel

I’ve stayed already 4 times. facilities are great, no denying. when they work… Pool was closed for 3 out of the 4 nights i was staying; when asking when it would reopen I was politely told to go and find it out myself (like staff is not interested to know and inform guests?!), and finally when remaining planet conscious I asked for room service every 2 days (middle of my stay) and they missed that too. dont know what happened this time, but this is how I felt leaving the hotel

The staff are so lovley they answered all my questions they where very welcomeing and your felt like part of the furniture i have two sen children and was very careing and inderstanding one of my little ones hurt his hand due to me giving him a glass my own fault and he cut his hand hand they were so caring and made my younge man feel calm when he felt distrested i felt very happy withthe pool and the steam room the breakfast was fantastic so much choice they also make sure you dont have allergies witch i do and let me know what i could or couldnt have amazing service all around

Good stay over 3 days. Everything was clean, nice shower, room was comfortable and spacious, good parking, the only criticism is the pillows felt a bit old & lumpy.

The biggest attraction of this hotel is the swimming pool, it’s amazing according to my two boys. We were on the 5th floor and the toilet in our room had not seem to be updated since the 1990’s it also did not have any soap or the necessary toiletries. The room was clean and spacious but the heating system also seemed ancient. Nevertheless we enjoyed our 2 nights stay. The complimentary 4 cans of 7up seemed to be a little miserly considering the size of the Delta groups empire 😂

Bath plug hole was rusted and had a strong metallic smell, also bathroom door had to be forced closed as it kept popping open. Bed was comfy and had a good night sleep. Pool was freezing, usually when we’ve been it has been warm. Cleaners were extremely noisy outside of room which was disruptive.

Great facilities (pool) and restaurant. Very friendly and accommodating staff who went above and beyond. Great experience and very well located.

Staff was attentive my Grandson loved staying here it was a gift for Christmas Bed was comfortable and breakfast was great

Staff were very kind and helpful, room was clean spacious and lovely big bathroom. Breakfast was good, lots of variety and accommodated my friends’ allergies well.

Room was ok, it was very very cold when we entered the room as the window was open. No water in the fridge, I presume non is provided anymore. Rubbish coffee facilities as you have no idea what the coffee pods are Bed was extremely uncomfy Breakfast was very poor, dirty cups on the table, food not cooked well The Marriott is not what it used to be after either being taken over by the Delta bit or it’s just been downgraded
