The elevators never worked! Of the 5 or 6 that were there, only two truly worked - at one point, one never showed.

The decor of the hotel entry is very outdated. While the view of the fall is extremely amazing the room itself needs updating for all guests to have overall great experience

Lovely views and convenient location, however some of the furniture in the room and in lobby and restaurant appears shabby and in need of replacement.

We showed up and the entire building had no power. We had to scramble to find availability on a moments notice with 200 other people.

Absolutely amazing time at this hotel. Beautiful views, great staff. Beautiful clean hotel. We enjoyed the dining experience at Morton’s. Our room was great. Had so many views from room of the Niagara Falls, Sunsets, sunrises. We will be back. Thank you.

Dinner place didn't have any halal options, and sea food items had bacon in it. However, the hotel overall was great with amazing Falls view.

Mille mercis à Jasmine qui a fait de notre séjour une réussite parfaite ! Nous avions réservé une suite avec vue sur les chutes et étions au 18eme étage ! Pas besoin d’aller plus loin pour rester ébahi devant un tel spectacle ! La chambre est tout juste sublime et les équipements avec ! Que du bonheur ! Vaut le prix !

The Hotel has a wonderful view to the Niagara Falls is clean the staff is professional. The rooms are clean a little old maybe need be upgraded. I had a only complaint and is the long line and waiting time yo be seated to take breakfast, the same host had to check and go in to seat each party of customers.
