The property is beautiful and well maintained. However, the high floor fallsview room was extremely muggy and uncomfortable for the first day of my stay. On day 2 I decided to keep the curtains closed the entire day from sunrise until sunset and it cooled all the way down. So keep your curtains pulled during the day and you’ll be fine! The front desk staff was rude both times that I interacted with them (checkin and checkout) as if I was bothering them. I paid $70 per day for valet and was unable to reach valet staff for an hour at checkout. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes for the valet to get the car & bring it to me. Having said that, the location is fantastic. I walked my way around Niagara Falls to Clifton Hills and the entire length of the falls and it was only 11,033 steps. I was able to enjoy a fantastic dinner at Morton’s Grill inside the property as well. My only critiques are the staffing issues.

Air conditioning did not work thank god it was cold outside -besides that it was great my family had a great time and they decorated the room with balloons and cake for the birthday!

Great views and good size room. There was a problem with the air con so the room was a bit too warm. Also, I got no response to two messages through the hotels.com messaging platform. I would stay here again for the view though!

The toilet was broken when we arrived and the quickly fixed it. The spa was great

Beautiful view and perfect location to attractions.

Spending that much for just a view. No other amenities like no electric kettle and no microwave in the room. Not even one water dispenser in the hotel.

The room view of the falls plus the bathroom with jacuzzi tub were stellar. The front desk staff were welcoming, got us in a great room as requested, and checked us in a little early. Our room was very hot and we were given a fan to help cool it off. Upon arrival, there were dirty robes in the closet, a used wash cloth in the shower, and no body wash. We requested body wash and they brought it during the day but did not install it or give us clean towels. We retrieved our own from the cart in the hallway. The room was cleaned on other days and the body wash eventually got installed. We would definitely stay here again for the view but wish there was a little more attention to detail on cleaning and refreshing rooms.

The door didnt work properly and we got bit up from bed bugs had to check out on the first day!

The room was absolutely outstanding and beautiful a spot that you would go to have the time of your life! As beautiful as any cruise ship I’ve been on and that saying a lot for a regular room in a hotel room that faces the Niagara Falls. It made for a memorable romantic evening with my loved one.
