We will definitely be staying there again. Nice, clean and staff were pretty friendly. The only thing we had issues with was the door to the balcony, you couldn’t open the door from the outside so we didn’t really get to enjoy that unfortunately :( (room 112)

Our stay was an anniversary weekend and actually stayed at this hotel for the lazy pool. Wanted a lazy restful weekend but the river was too hot for our comfort. Our room was very clean and really comfortable beds. The kitchenette was a plus. Liked that the property was off the main strip. Overall stay was great and would definitely return.

We really enjoyed the choices of pools - indoor and outdoor. The breakfast was decent. Seating area was big. The two elevators were very old and had a hard time working correctly. The rooms were very outdated.

Pros: Affordable, clean, convenient yet quiet location off main strip. Always had pool towels available and a nice pool area. Cons: Kitchenette is nice but they provided no dish soap (Palmolive, Dawn). No wine glasses or cork screw. Dishware insufficient. Only provided 4 bath towels even though reservation was for 5 people. Free breakfast was very basic.

The ONLY positive thing I have to say about this place is that the air conditioning worked. . There was a perpetual smell of weed in the floor we were on and the staff did not care. It had a small kitchenette, not that it mattered. There were practically no items to use in it. One small waiter pan. No pot to boil water. Like someone flying in would be brining in kitchen pots, pans and supplies???? There was a roach in our room but I did not bother cleaning informing the staff as they did not care about anything. Stay somewhere else- anywhere else.

The hotel is located just outside town in a quiet, peaceful area. Everything was well kept and the staff was always busy keeping things stocked. The pools and lazy river were very nice and clean with plenty of seating.

I used the new AI feature to find a hotel that had all the things we were looking for. The property was clean, had a free breakfast, pools includinga lazy river, hot tubs and and pull out sofa. We will stay here again.

Can’t believe I spent $260 on this. Moldy unclean smell in room that gave me a horrible headache. Bed uncomfortable. Bathroom was gross. Toddler sized toilet. Definitely a hidden mold issue here and being mold-sensitive I should have asked to leave but was so tired I didn’t.

Our room smelled like a smokers convention was held in there. I had Lysol I had to spray. The room was clean other than the smell but that was pretty bad.

Room had plenty of space for family of 6. Pools were great. Breakfast was good.

Nice hotel, friendly staff!

It was nice and affordable and close in proximity to Dollywood. Staff was pleasant and kind. I even enjoyed the lazy river.

Very nice and clean! We loved that it was off the road and not in the middle of all the chaos.
