The young woman behind the desk when I checked in was, unfortunately, very unpleasant. Not only that, but there were a number of people waiting and she was not at all efficient in handling the crowd. I chose to come to this hotel and stay here. So when your staff is unpleasant, I will choose to go to any of the other hotels that are so close to yours along that stretch of the 401. I am a regular guest at your hotel, so this is very unfortunate. Thanks for your time.

The room was spacious, clean and bed was comfy. Staff was exceptional. We had a couple of minor issues, the staff went above and beyond to fix the issues. A full hot breakfast was a added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff is always so professional, polite and friendly. Area has great access to highway and local restaurants, malls and transit. Rooms are big and clean with many good amenities. It is an older building but in great shape. Stayed many times and it's a clean and reliable Home away from home

The tv have the ott apps but they don’t connect to wifi. Had to change the rooms thrice ultimately getting the same tv. It gets pretty boring if you are staying for more than 3 days.

Hotel was fine but did not have the most pleasant odor in the rooms and in the hallways

The hotel suite was nice but freezing. Only up to 18 degrees and I am unsure if it really was. Hockey teams loud in the hallway with garbage lining the halls for almost 24 hours…

I booked a non - smoking room and the room def smelled like smoke. There was also a banging noise that went on alllll night. It was dingy and def outdated it was also bombarded with a bunch of kids in town for a hockey tournament so it was loud until midnight. It did the job but def disapointed

Mattress was harder than a rock. No pool. Breakfast was okay.

There was a fan that was on all night and was too loud to sleep through as well as bugs crawling around.

We had no hot water in the morning for our showers.

Breakfast was great, but i didn't like the presentation of the sausage and bacon. Way to much grease in the bottom of the warming pans.

Breakfast was fine , staff were friendly lots of parking . The hotel is older however everything worked and I liked the fact that it wasn't just a room only .

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and parking was fine. However, our overall experience was disappointing. The room was clean, but the strong smell of bleach was unpleasant. There was also a constant drip from the bathtub faucet, and the bed was extremely squeaky, which made it hard to rest. The room temperature was another issue — it was quite cold, and adjusting the thermostat didn’t seem to make any difference. On top of that, noise from the nearby highway was very disruptive. Unfortunately, there was also a group in the next room playing loud music and laughing late into the night (around 1 a.m.), which was very disturbing. We had to contact the concierge to address the situation. Overall, not a great stay and quite disappointing.

I stayed here for about a month and overall had a very good experience. The customer service was excellent, the facilities were well maintained, and they were especially accommodating with pets, which made a long stay much easier. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, breakfast is average, the beds are decent, and having an on‑site laundry facility was very convenient for an extended stay.

Terrible beds, very uncomfortable. first room we got smelled like septic tank, second was better.
