Canmore is beautiful

Room was very warm

Nice location. Our area was under construction but overall it was nice.

Seemed very crowded and not relaxing at all Breakfast is not free Everything else is ok

It was a bit rough around the edges and quite noisy on the rail line at times.

The room was extremely clean and well kept. Mountain view, loved the fireplace but didn’t need to use it. The restaurant was nice and the food was really good. Very nice property, price was reasonable, would definitely stay again.

Bed was comfy

We really liked the layout of the room, with a separate sitting room and bedroom. The staff was very friendly and the hotel well located. The restaurant was great and the coffee machine in the lobby very welcome.

Really enjoyed my stay, used the outdoor hot tub and the pool deck was really clean. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Breakfast and pool area was great. Disappointed our room wasn’t cleaned once during our stay.

The hot tub is outside and has an amazing view of the mountains. Very clean. My only issue was the couch wasnt very comfy but we were in the hot tub or swimming when we were at the hotel... we stayed here 2 years ago and they have redone the rooms since but it is and will always be our go to place in canmore...

Premium room loft king is terrible flooring is cracking u hear every footstep they gave me crappy room , Toilet bowl is moving everytime I seat and toiletries could use an upgrade poor quality shampoo , Conditioner, soap dried your skin if I knew that would be like that I will bring my own ,u paid so much and that’s what u get on your hard Earn money ,I will never booked a hotel like that no more u just ruined the view place by the mountain . I could just get a standard room or book to lodge or INn downtown Canmore.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly, room was fairly clean and I definitely got ample use out of the outdoor hot tub with the mountain view. My one minor complaint would be the pillows were very very firm. It would be nice to have a mixture of soft and firm pillows. I would definitely stay here again :).

The place was good.

Loved the hot tub, pool, and sauna! The view was amazing but would be better if window glass was clear and not 'fogged' between panes. I'll definitely be back!! Oh and lunch at chez Francois was excellent!!
