Absolutely gorgeous views from the window, very clean and beautiful lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a good place to stay as a homebase to go to Banff and surrounding areas. Not fancy, but priced good. The beds were comfortable and we had a very nice stay.

Management could be a little more friendly.

Staff at the front desk didn’t say hi or welcome and asked for ID and credit card right away. Told him I had a reservation, gave my name and hands me the key cards, discount card for breakfast and a map to the room. Nothing indicates that the back side of the hotel is right on the train tracks and trains were running every 45 minutes to an hour. The room and view were amazing being on the top floor! Quite an expansive view. Sitting at one of the many benches to view the mountains just what we needed.

Parking is terrible. Most nights they had charter buses, which took up many parking spaces and customers would not park properly, which would cause others to have to park elsewhere. Management would not enforce improper parking. Would never stay here again.

Great location and awesome staff

The room was clean.There was no breakfast included. The staff was okay. The place was near highway and near the groceries and other stores.

pool and spa are closed on Sunday, the coffee machine is not working, and it’s really noisy—I can hear my neighbor’s television.

They need to offer breakfast like other hotels do

Cleaning is not good.. shower head very old pressure of water is unbearable.. no breakfast included in the rent .. very expensive

Our unit had a loft bed with stairs. Jets on jet tub needed cleaning, so we showered instead. Liquor store adjacent Elevator very slow

Brought our small dogs, nice little stay, nice gym and good walking area. The rooms were perfect for our stay

Close to a railway track. Noisy. Bedrooms have no windows. Weird architecture of the rooms. Not worth the price.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
