Clean room

The most serious problem was that the housekeeper left the door open after cleaning the room and we were out for the whole day. Luckily nothing was stolen. But unsettling. When we called the front desk to let them know they accused us of leaving it open. The latch was pulled over. Ridiculous. The other problem was our room was right beside a steel back door that slammed shut as people went in and out. So the first night we didn’t sleep at all. I asked them to put a note on the door and the next day they did and the slamming reduced by 90%. Unbeknownst to us there was a kids broom ball tournament in town so the hotel was jammed with kids running the halls and yelling and screaming. Just having fun but not a quiet getaway for sure. Breakfast buffet was ok. Bacon one day was ok. Shaved ham floating in water was disgusting to look at so didn’t try. I must have missed the memo that pjs are ok to wear to breakfast…kids and adults. So trashy. Overall won’t be back.

The room was spotless and the check in was very easy and very friendly.

Nice clean rooms and good breakfast in the morning.

Room was fine but no elevators so traveling with luggage means you are carrying it up stairs. The layout is confusing with dead end hallways. Walls have little insulation so noise travels between rooms. Breakfast was ok. Staff are great.

The room itself and staff were great! My ine complaint is that when I was there, there must've been an early teens hockey tournament or gymnastics meet because there was alot of pre-teens there running up and down the halls, knocking on different room doors then taking off. And ut careied on until late in the night

Room was clean, easy check in. There was a team of some kind staying and the staff kept the kids from running the halls. The room itself needs a refresh- the furniture and bathroom fixtures were fine, but the moulding, the walls, and the ceiling in the room were water damaged. Not wet anymore- but clearly not in good shape. Water pressure in the shower was pretty non-existent. Overall a comfortable stay but not worth more than 150 a night with the state of the rooms.

“Heated pool” was cold. Otherwise pretty decent stay. Continental breakfast had lots of options. Room was big. Bed was comfy.

I did not use the hot tub.
