Super helpful and friendly staff! The hotel and grounds were immaculate. A little off the beaten path, which made the stay very quiet.

King bed very comfy, nice linens. Front desk staff very friendly and courteous.

We enjoyed our stay, we will come back, the staff was nice, and we got whatever we needed, so I'm definitely grateful.

Great service , and clean

The ONLY complaint I have is that the beds were to hard for my liking.

My Granddaughter had 3 High School National Basketball Games, Convenant to most places.

This is a bare bones property, meaning it has the very basics, but no frills. For instance, there was a mini fridge but no coffee pot in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bath sparkling clean. The pool is small and the free breakfast was typical of most hotels. The grounds were convenient for those of us traveling with pets which I appreciated. The location is easy access to the university and major highways, but set off far enough that noise was not a problem.

Etwas älteres Hotel, oberflächlich sauber. Wer es gerne in der Natur hat ist hier gut aufgehoben, Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Alles eigentlich ganz okay nur für deutsche Verhältnisse war das Frühstück eine Katastrophe.

My stay was ok but my only gripe was the constant drop of the WI-FI service while getting work done.

Breakfast was supposed to be 6-10am. Came down at 7:00am and there was nothing there. Asked desk attendant (who seemed to be the only employee at the property) what was up ? Response - "we had a light night so I figured I wouldn't get it ready till later". Left the hotel at 7:30am and still nothing out. What a joke.

The hallway to our room had a bad smell.

Older building that has been “refreshed”. Room smelled musty and could tell it was a smoking room at one time. Windows older and can hear a person cough outside . Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was a stop on a longer trip. It was clean, the bed was good and the AC worked. It is far from luxurious. But if you are looking for a place to sleep it is fine.

Great place to stay. Clean and quiet.

Room was clean. Service was good. Communication barrier with non-English speaking breakfast staff resulted in a wait for supplies like silverware to be restocked. Surrounding view is storage facilities and not attractive, but the hotel itself is nice and appears new. Hotel was 10 minutes drive to U of A and our activities.

We head traveled 8 hours to see our neice. We stopped at the hotel first. The first room on the third floor had not been cleaned yet. We went back down to the entry and asked for a different room. The person in charge was very apologetic and nice. The new room was clean. I couldn't figure out how to get local stations so i could watch the superbowl after visiting our neice. I called the desk and again the person was polite but hasn't bedeviled trained in how to make the tv work. She turned the game on down in the libby so i could watch.

Very clean and the staff was very nice.
