Nice clean rooms

It was a very clean room. We like the coffe var in the downstairs lobby. We don't have pets.

We were told their was so breakfast , only coffee, the room was very dirty and gross, my two year old found Tylenol on the floor and almost ate them, there were chapstick and garbage rappers by the bed from who knows when, the floor in the bathroom was very dirty, the bed was uncomfortable and our tv remote didn’t work. It was probably the worst hotel I have ever been at . The front desk did not care at all when I told them about the pills that my toddler almost ate, or dirty conditions of the room. Did nothing to help us , didn’t care . Just rudely said oh ? Sorry . That’s it .

The staff were amazing! Everyone was friendly, kind, accomodating! That made our stay awesome. The blind in our room was broken. We didn't complain, but, it should be fixed.

Decent rooms, the heating system clicking on/off in the night is disturbing though and when on it is on the louder side. Staff were lovely and kind. The attached restaurant is delicious. The pool is heated and the hot tub hot, appreciated those things in addition to the early hours of use.

Terrible beds, carpeted floors, grime and dirtiness everywhere, damp, mouldy smells

Great family friendly stay around the corner from groceries and food. Small but sufficient gym. Have stayed a few times — it is now my go to in Abbotsford!

Found it quiet in the hotel and had a wonderful stay as our room was also very clean and looked well taken care for.

Room was spacious and clean. Facility is undergoing renovations but it was not at all disruptive. Will definitely stay there again.

Easily checked in, informed about restaurant and amenities. Only hiccup was my door key didn't work the next morning but that was easily remedied. Would stay there again.

Clean, nice staff and quiet. Jetted tub has great pressure so no long waits to fill.

Rooms where spotless. Staff was very accomodating and the restaurant onsite was a great add. Will stay again when in town.

Great little hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Room was in good condition. Staff was curteous. There were no towels in the pool room i had to ask a few times. Construction was taking place from the flood i guess. We chose the hotel because of the location and that whitespot was attached. But whitespot was struggling, dishwasher broken food wasnt fresh and they were out of quite a few items.

Clean the beds thoroughly, I found a bandaid in my bed the next morning.

Well presented and appointed with nice comfortable furniture and very comfy bed. extremely clean huge suite. Easy access to and from elevator and front desk and front door.
