All around great value for your money.

The room i was assigned had sticky floors, obviously a pet room. The toilet felt like it was going to fall over and the seat was loose. Could never figure out how to get the shower to work. Sitting on the end of the bed it seemed it lifted the head of the bed off the floor. Our previous stay was actually really go8d, with carpet and nothing felt like it was ignored. This time, last room available is making me rethink of ever staying there again.

Ich hatte das Hotel wegen des Airportshuttles gebucht. Den gibt es nur auf Anfrage. Dreimal wurde meine Anfrage einfach überhaupt nicht beantwortet. Im Zimmer hatte ich fremde schwarze Haare im Bad und im Bett. Das geht gar nicht!

Bed had hair on it sheet appeared dingy and not freshly washed.

Ms.Tawanda was very helpful,considerate, and kind. I will definitely be back. 10/10 service

Breakfast not very good. Bed made weird noises when you sat on it

Near airport and shuttle service.

The floor in my room was so slippery I almost fell walking in. I believe the cleaning fluid used to clean the floor was the culprit. The only mirror in the room had NO lighting...bulb was out, so it was pretty impossible to put on makeup in the room. Hairs in the tub...YUCH!!!

It was filthy! Carpet was almost black with filth. Floors were dirty in bathroom with wet and slimy spots, walls had something splattered all over them. The linens were dirty looking. People loitering, seems lots may live there or use as a brothel. Worst stay ever.

The TV didn’t work in the room

People were very friendly and helpful. Never could get internet to work.

The shower didn’t work, TV didn't work, A/C worked but was not sufficient. Room was not thoroughly cleaned as I kept finding “evidence” of previous guests. I thought the staff was really friendly until I asked for a refund on unused nights and was refused. (I had booked 4 nights and barely made it through 1) Stay away! Stay far away!

Room wouldn’t clean at all and I ask the lady at first desk where they good before purchasing and she lied

Got to room door key wouldn’t work go back down guy at desk never said a word redone key get in room the safety latch was broke with part missing , the flooring was coming up and floor had been mopped with something that made it very slippery.Will not stay here again !

There was no shuttle bus service as it is listed on website. That was reason I booked this hotel, but no shuttle service.

There was a water leak in our ceiling so I was soaked in my bed while sleeping. When reported the front desk person was no help. Not once was I offered compensation for my serious inconvenience. Also mirror fell off the wall!!

Vanity light was out

It was clean, cheap, and close to the airport. Staff friendly Basic breakfast
