I woke up the first night and my room was stinking with sewer smell. If you open sink tap sewer smell hit you and as well when you flush the toilet. Complained after first night and they sent cleaning lady to spray some perfume to cover up. My AC wasn’t working and I got accused falsely by the front desk receptionist questioning me how it was good the first night and now no ( the weather was cooler that’s why). By the end of my stay the sewer smell was in the hallway and they still left me in that room for 3 nights with my 3 young kids. It’s health concerning and hopefully

The building looks older than online pictures, and the breakfast selections are no good.

The room was spacious, the hotel was easily accessible and had ample parking, and the breakfast was excellent.

Found left over drug substances from the previous tenant on the floor by the bed night stand when we walked in. I notified front desk and she said they are sorry and would compensate us. When she found out I booked the room with Expedia she than told me she couldn’t do anything. The last day we were there, the juice machine in the breakfast room was out of order. I had to purchase orange from the front desk to have with the free breakfast.

It has a very friendly atmosphere

Staff was great, very helpful with all requests. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Free breakfast is a nice touch - food was good. Free coffee was a bonus - coffee machine was very popular. Hot tub and pool area were clean, nice size. Unfortunately there was a kids party over the weekend which ruined the experience of those amenities. This motel is a bit far from the city/attractions - expect an hour drive with the traffic. There are some things close by like restaurants, malls, Fort Langley district, Pitt lake with some hiking. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this hotel!

Upon arrival waited for 15 min at the front desk before a staff member arrived to check us in. Booked the hotel because it had a pool but was not informed that the pool would be closed for maintenance so had 3 very disappointed kids. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Room was clean and spacious for a family of 5.

The place and staff were great but it’s a long way outside of Vancouver if that’s your ultimate destination.

The outdoor pool is a nice touch to the propert! Makes it feel like you're at a resort! Our king bedroom departed from the rest of the hotel room was a massive room too!

Worth the price

Great outdoor pool and indoor hot tub. Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Building a bit older but well kept up. Property grouds themselves were great, but the neighbours consist of a gravel lot behing an animal hospital and a major highway.

Elevator was filthy, carpet in the hallway not vacuumed, check in staff absolutely ignorant and impolite, breakfast was below mediocre, all processed bacon, hash browns which were fried potato’s, all for $370 bucks, not recommended, not coming back
