The staff were so friendly and helpful from front desk to breakfast staff to cleaners. Breakfast was not great. It was know going in that it will be standard powdered eggs, brown and serve meat etc., but it was cold each morning I was there. Room was great and so was the walk in shower! FYI - there was no desk and chair in my room. The on site snacks area had ice cold pop and Snapple iced tea! Also, they sold ice cream treats and small tubs of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream! I stayed during a rather hot week - so these were welcome. Also, there’s a lovely park across the road. I spent an afternoon reading a book in the shade between meetings!

Booked a last minute stay on the weekend of the FIFA kick off and it was still a great value and clean and comfortable, as usual.

The door to my room would not click shut. I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk. I was concerned for my valuables inside. He told me that due to the humidity, the doors had problems, and that there was nothing he could do. Just seemed kinda rude to not offer to have someone look at the door or anything.

It is very well situated. you can go to the places downtown. Breakfast was good and the coffee better. Staf was very friendly and willig to answer all of our questions. PARKING WAS EXCELLENT We felt secure. Lots of police in the corners

Room was very clean and spacious with a king size bed, large screen tv, great air conditioning and a nice shower.

The property was very clean. It's across from a nice park. Parking is located in an underground parking garage, with its own associated cost. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was robust. I'd happily stay again.

The staff was great! We drove in from Buffalo, NY at 12:45 and were able to check in early. This allowed me to park my car parking lot at the hotel and go sightseeing! Thank you!! Natalie Richards

The staff was amazing. We arrived very early and they found us a room. The young lady at the front desk was truly hospitable. And deserves to be acknowledged. I’m sorry that I did not get her name.

Nice hotel. The staff are really nice and helpful. Close to the subway station. I got upgraded to a bigger room but it was too dark as there was very little natural light so I went to a smaller room with more light. The smaller room was still spacious night for me.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Our bed was super comfy and the room was very clean. Breakfast provided a variety of choices, especially the make your waffle station. We got exactly what we paid for. Thank you.

Isaac was extremely friendly, professional and helpful when we checked in. He gave us a free room upgrade for our 40th wedding anniversary. Valerie was equally helpful and amazing. Humarie (Marie) on the cleaning staff went out of her way to ensure our room was perfect! Hampton Inn and Suites should be very proud of their staff.
