We’ve stayed for 2 nights with my family and were very content and happy for the good service , friendly staff, very clean , I will recommend to our friends .

Booked a Jr Suite on the 9th floor , where the AC was not able to cool the entire room. Notified the staff and they informed that it was due to the shape of the room. The staff was nice but was unable to provide a fan or another room, and was aware of the issue regarding the AC. I managed to let the room cool by propping the door open to allow the hot air to be released and have the AC run on its lowest temperature and highest fan speed. One other minor problem I noticed was that the tv remote was not fully operative. The remote would have to be pointed 100% accurate at the tv or its direct vicinity for the connection to work and even then it was 50/50. These were inconveniences during my stay but I do have some positives as well, like the provided breakfast was really enjoyable and the location of the hotel is perfect with it being less than 2 miles from any of your favorite attractions in Toronto , makes it extremely walkable and cost friendly. I love Toronto and my stay was decent. Just beware.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I liked that it was walkable to downtown (about 1 mile) I really liked the neighborhood. There were fun bars and great food places late night. Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful. (They held our bags after checkout so we could go enjoy the city more) Breakfast was good too.

Great location! We walked to everything including St. Lawrence Market, Distillery District, Rogers Centre, Hockey Hall of Fame, thr ferry terminal to Toronto Islands, as well as lots of shopping and restaurants. Staff at Hampton Inn and Suites were so accommodating and helpful. Room was great, clean air conditioned, comfy bed. Stayed for 7 days - it was the perfect for our vacation. Bonus - daily buffet breakfast.

Nice property, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was terrible, with processed food, paper plates, and wooden cutlery. Food was cold.

I will be back, it is my new go-to hotel in this area.
