The air conditioning was not working good

It was a little dated but the rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Free parking.

Very friendly staff. However, due to the high temps outside, the AC didn’t work like it should have but staff came to check our AC unit and provided us with a fan to keep our room cool. The room was fairly clean but there were stains on the floor and chairs. The only downside about our stay was that there were no “do not disturb” signs to put on the door handle. While we were gone the next day, housekeeping was in our room and making beds and taking our towels that were only used once the night before. It just seemed like a waste of resources. They took away the bar soap as well that we had only used to wash our hands which could’ve easily been used for a longer duration.

Old smell in the room, but honestly it had everything we needed.

Room did not look like the photos. Carpet had blood stains on it, there were cigarette butts on our AC machine, and the AC didn’t work at all! There was also residue on the roof from something dripping, it was yellow and crusty! We complained and got 20% off our stay but still definitely not worth any amount of money to sleep here.

Very outdated room, stunk heavily of smoke, A/C not working. Never going here again.

Decent hotel for the price, the bathroom was a little dirty and there was a long wait to get checked in. It did all work out so not much to complain about!

there seemed to be a maintenance issue with another room to the maintenance guy knocked at out door 9:30am and had to get in to check the bathroom. with two girls in the room, I wish a member of staff in uniform or another girl was present. overall the front desk was very helpful and friendly. the hotel is definitely out dated and could use some renovations in the lobby. parking was great.

Windows have been leaking so many of the rooms are damp and smell musty. We were told not to leave luggage near the windows. Rain did come in during a big storm. Air conditioning was ok. We had it on high to air out the room, yet we were never cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. One of my kids forgot a toothbrush and they graciously provided us with one, as well as a mini toothpaste.

We stayed for two nights, the room was great bed was comfy. We did have a little bit of noise coming from the outside hallway- BUT that was to be expected as the hotel was fully booked for a wedding, concerts and K Days! Didn’t use any of the amenities. The staff was very kind and even upgraded us to a king bed for free!!

Temps in town were over 30 celcius, and we had to swap rooms multiple times to find a room with working a/c. Then there was a large thunderstorm and the window/wall starting pouring in water. We tried to switch rooms again, but they couldn't find us a room that had a working a/c unit without water coming in through the windows. (I think they tried around 8 rooms or so). So we ended up staying in the room we were in. Staff tried to be helpful and was kind, but there was nothing they could do. It wasn't just our room. The front desk had lots of guets dealing with water pouring into their rooms and kept offering more towels to try and control the water. Buckets were set up throughout the lobby because of all the leaks coming in.
