O Hotel Ritz é maravilhoso! Excelente localização, impecavelmente limpo, com enxoval de primeiríssima linha. Decoração luxuosa e de muitíssimo gosto. Quarto com muito espaço tornando sua estadia extremamente confortável. O atendimento e serviço também é um ponto relevante. Quero destacar aqui, o atendimento especial que recebi da Louise. Sempre disponível em ajudar nas informações que precisei, mostrando se muito profissional. Ela é nota 10!!!!

This was an anniversary trip we had so been looking forward to, our first trip away from our kids. We wanted to feel spoiled. And the Ritz Carlton delivered. The staff was so kind and accommodating, and our room was incredible. I had mentioned in advance we were celebrating, and the staff left us a kind note and chocolates. Also, I will forever dream of the fancy toilet in our suite. Robot toilet, I love you.

Very friendly staff. Room very clean. We just hoped for a smart tv where we could put cartoons/ movies our children enjoyed on the tv. Also not many food options for children that are picky rates. However, overall it was an excellent hotel. We still had an amazing time and highly recommend!

Staff was so amazing. Any request was taken care of. Everyone went above and beyond for us and made this stay so memorable and remarkable. Room was amazing. The property beautiful the restaurants fantastic. Best service of all time.
