The service was nice and accommodating, but we headed to our room and within a few minutes we heard a dripping noise and headed to the bathroom. Turns out water had leaked from the ceiling into the bathroom and was making our bathroom wet, not the best. First experience it took a few minutes for maintenance to Come to our room. And when they did, they gave us the option to clean it up or get a new room we opted for a new room and in our new room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. Eventually, she was somewhat accommodating and said that we could switch rooms. The next room once we had finally gotten to

Clean, but old. Loud staff & highways.

The staff were courteous and helpful, there were delicious nearby restaurants and shopping centers, the hotel was clean, convenient and quiet! Overall, a very pleasant experience!!!!!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there were kid(s) in the hall running around and whomever was in the room above me, they were very loud. I was too tired to call the front desk and complain, I just wanted to sleep.

My USD 50 Deposit has not refunded me now. The wifi is no good.

There was a big cockroach in our room hours after checking in and my husband and I decided not to stay. We complained and asked for a refund and they didn’t give us one. When we got mad they called the cops on us. Very rude, disrespectful lieing staff. Nasty, dirty, COCKROACH infested motel. DO NOT STAY HERE

I had service dogs and after 3 days on xmas eve after paying 98$ at 4:40 i was told i had to pay additional 250 for my dogs or leave asap.anf forfiet my payment for the night. After trying to explain company rules and ADA rules, the manager a women last name patel had me tresspassed losing the 98$ and 50 deposit even thou room was extremly clean.
