Lobby area was very nice. And receptionist polite. But parking was clear in back to our room. Room was full of dead crickets. Old style beds, very hard. TV was falling off wall and couldn't get it to work. 3 remotes and none worked for TV. One had exploded batteries in it. We left right away did not stay. Entire perimeter was fenced off, so that has something to say about safety of area. Pool looked nice and clean, but was shut down for maintenance. Laundry was outside in a breezeway and looked like machines were ancient.

The female staff member was incredibly nice, however there is no elevator and I was in the 2nd floor for a 3 day stay. I also had no remote for the TV and they said they did not have one to give me. There was only a single towel provided, no washcloth and no hand towel. When I first entered the room there was already trash from McDonald’s still in the room.

I had stayed at this particular hotel before, so I thought I'd give it another shot. Yet again, I was disappointed. There were a pair of dirty men's shorts and underwear behind the bathroom floor and the tub kept standing water in it. I later saw bugs in the bed, but they weren't bedbugs. I tried calling the office but the phone had sooo much static that the front attendant couldn't hear me and vice versa. I just hung up, checked the bed and went to sleep. I was so exhausted from the drive in, on top of an extremely busy day that i literally had no fight in me. Just to spend my money on a room as such was a GRAVE disappointment

Where do i begin, safty. Hanging wires the lights, cameras and only half was actually working. There was daylight all the way around the door. So much mold in the a/c unit not sure how it was blowing air. The chair in the room was missing two wheels, blow dryer broken. Are room was top level, the first night it was obvious the bottom rooms were rent by the hour . Had a bad feeling it was going to be bad when checking in, was handed a wash cloth & towel wrapped up like a prison roll. And that towel had to last 4 days. Had to request key card reactivated everytime we left the room. No hot breakfast. This hotel is definitely not family oriented with all the fire safety codes, working girls, and bar- pool hall in the parking lot.

The air conditioner was off when I walked in. I turned it on but after 2hrs, the room didn't cool down at all. There were multiple people in the parking lot, not sure if they were staying there or. It but as a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe

He had no towels, his smell of terrible moisture.

Door knob fell off when i shut it. Non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Hair on the bed. Floor looked like it hasnt been cleaned in a while. The trim on the side of the door wasnt attached, like it had been kicked in. This was the NASTIEST place u have ever stayed. Not quiet sure why i didnt just leave.

You can clearly hear the people next door having regular conversations and their television throughout the night and early morning. Paper thin walls. Dirty floors. etc. the host was nice and attentive.

Would’ve been better booking a stay in jail this place was horrible roach infested falling apart and the breakfast was laughable just sleep in your car don’t book here

The hotel is old and needs updates. The young man who checked us in was very kind and helpful. I stayed 2 nights but just noticed I was charged 3 times. Trying now to get that resolved.

The front desk lady was a rude. it smelled bad in the room the bath tub didnt feel up and there was mold under the vanity

Maid will wake you up way before check out to try and get you out of the room. Maids kids go around knowing on doors bothering customers. Only good this about this place is the gentleman that runs the check in counter. He was very sweet, kind, and professional! He went above and beyond!

I was homeless and jobless but was able to do door dash, it takes me all day to dash just make $100 a day enough to cover my room and gas for each night. They were very patience and understanding that I couldn’t pay by weekly and I paid by nightly which it probably was pain in the butt lol I am very grateful that I was in a safe place while it lasted. Thank you all for what you do!

Smelled like cat peeing two of the rooms. It took me three hours to get checked into a room finally in the night and got into a room. The air conditioner worked for about an hour. The next day I got the room exchanged for a different room. Customer service is horrible. Atrocious breakfast, cold cereal, water down coffee. Disrespectful Told me that I am not allowed to pet my service animal that if I petted her or gave her any kind of affection that my deposit would be kept 100% garbage

Ir was a horrible experience yhey had no towels in the room and they said that they wouldn't have any more towels until the next morning but still had no towels. bathroom was dirty and i had to swutch room 2 times because they couldn't get the doors open to the rooms. There was no breakfast. I asked for a refund and i was told that because i booked through expedia they had no authority to refund me i just lost 136.00
