Very dusty and dirty. Booked the family suite and areas were not vacuumed (especially behind the phone, super visible trash). With dust allergies, began allergy cough as soon as I entered the room. Thankfully allergy meds helped me make it through the night. Breakfast options were also very minimal.

Great stay, very nice service. Quiet room. Enjoyed our stay

This was the 3rd super 8 we stayed at on our trip through wyoming. The person behind the desk was kind, helpful. Seemed genuinely happy that we were there. The hotel is located next to a nice Mexican restaurant and the mammoth exhibition that i would whole heartedly endorse

Easy checkin and comfortable beds

The price was great, room was clean, and staff was friendly. It was perfect for a quick stay on our way north.

Price and breakfast was nice.

No pool. 2 Electrical outlets did not work. Only one unused electrical outlet was left that did work.

I would stay again. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. We did leave a day early, but were charged for the 4 full days. I’m waiting to see if they refund us one day.

Would stay here again room was clean and beds wee comfy.

This is a great small family-owned hotel. Just your basics, nothing fancy. Very hospitable staff and owners, helpful and welcoming when we arrived with our whole family after 10 pm. Room was clean, quiet. Beds VERY comfortable.

We had an older style room - it was ok. They unfortunately are understaffed but are trying their best. When we first checked in, we were given a room that was already occupied (luckily when I opened the door, no one was in there and I noticed belongings right away and shut the door). So this was already not a great start. The second day, they shut off our key to the room and had to justify why I needed the room key turned back on (show proof of a two day reservation - though I appreciate them checking my ID before they did turn it back on.), It was just kind of odd. I do think they are trying their best with limited staff. Common areas were clean.

Vreemd geurtje op de kamer, zag er overigens wel netjes uit. Ontbijt niet bijzonder. Locatie net buiten centrum Hotsprings.

Front end was very friendly and helpful. When it was time to shower in the evening there was no shower curtain. I told the morning staff and she promptly put a shower curtain up. She was very nice about it.

Worst Super 8 ever! Woke up the first morning to find the shower did not work. Walked to the front desk (no phone in room) to notify them of the plumbing problem. I expected an immediate offer to switch rooms. Nope. So I asked if there were any other rooms available. The desk clerk said yes, but that she could not move us to an acceptable room. We were forced to move hotels because of the lack of working plumbing . THEY CHARGED US FOR THE ENTIRE STAY EVEN THOUGH WE LEFT EARLY BECAUSE OF DEFECTIVE PLUMBING IN THE ROOM! When we asked for a refund they lied, and said that Expedia should refund us. We contacted Expedia and they tried to get us a refund. Expedia called the manager on our behalf, and was treated rudely by Mike, the manager. Don't stay here! There rooms don't have working plumbing! Staff is Rude!
