Check in was good

Nothing fancy but the room was updated, bed was comfortable and clean. I thought it was very good for the price and was satisfied.

The hotel has descended into shabbiness. It was generally clean. Furniture in poor condition. Sheets and towels well worn. The breakfast, so called, is white toast , granola bar, one type, cereal from bags bags in the dispenser with remnants of the previous cereal brand, some sort of interesting type of milk in a coffee carafe in the frig. Jacuzzi worked well Carpeting looked newer. Front desk person was pleasant. I wont stay there again.

No hot water it was terrible and it was no answers

Older hotel. So everything not perfect but it was perfect for the 5 nights we were there

Our room and in particular, the bathroom smelled horribly of smoke. Was moved to a different room. Big dead moth in the bathtub and the towels were clean but stained. Breakfast was cereal, toast and Hostess twinkies and cupcakes. Worked for the weekend for two guys but would definitely not bring my wife here.

Served its purpose; everything was consistent with the Star Rating and as expected. Good Wifi and plenty of free parking. Centeally located in Whitewater.

The entire room reeked of must and mold. They had a residential (not commercial) grade dehumidifier set up in the hallway so they must be aware of issues.

When we checked in the first night we got back to the room late so didn’t do much of anything but sleep. The second night we got back around 11pm and took a shower and on the left side of the bed under the bed I stepped on a nasty used maxi pad. It was disgusting. I know things get missed but I don’t know how in the world this could have been missed. I have worked as a housekeeper for 2 different hotels and this would not have been tolerated. I’m definitely contacting the manager and filing a complaint

Good Price, Decent room. Clean, good facilities, comfy bed. Limited food options.

It was clean enough, but nothing really worked right or was in good condition. And for a place with a NO PETS ALLOWED sign on the door there were a lot of dogs in the hotel. Barking. All night. I can't imagine the dog's owner was in the room for this several hour stretch. Next time I'll pay the extra to avoid a Super 8.
