Great

The motel was dated and room feels filthy upon entry. However, we still decided to stay for the night but to our horror, bedbugs started crawling out from under the sheets. See photo for evidence!

The recipient was so kind. He change the room for us more bigger room.

It was ni e and quiet. The front desk staff when we checked in was nice and friendly, but in the morning the service was terrible. Nobody was around. In the breakfast room coffee was empty and it took half an hour before somebody showed up to make more. By then we were already done with eating.

The rooms are adequate, but the hallways are dingy. Breakfast is fairly poor.

Dis not like it at all, bad condition.

Check in was easy. They charge more for dogs than what is listed on Expedia. Hotel was fine. They packed up breakfast a half hour before the hotel has listed. No biggie. A little Raisin Bran would have been nice to start the day. My little complaint is the next morning someone cut my ratchet strap and tried to get into my cooler on my cargo carrier. They were unable to get in there and get my food like a honey bear. I noticed the night before the lot next to the hotel there were lurkers outside like characters from a John Carpenter film. It was fine for a night. Bring your food in the room with you.

Had to change rooms not clean chain broke on doornext room bed wore out and stink

Horrible place

I had a piece of fruit out on the desk for less than a minute and a cockroach was already crawling around the desk . The fridge didn’t work and there was a hole in the wall where the door handle meets the wall

Our room had some small fast black bugs on the wall and bathroom floor. The kitchen cabinet face was unclean.there was no one to service breakfast. Low on everything. We had a noisy air handler so we turned it off. We had a loud noise like an air compressor that started every 25 to 20 minutes so we didn’t get much sleep. There was no one at the front desk to talk to and give them some information.

I was trying my best too gwt too the hotel but due too the floods in roswell i got stuck in roswell i called this hotel too see if i could possibly get a refund was told no but they offered too change the stay too another time and said ok thank you was told i would get a call back too re schedule another time but never recieved a call back

Staff was good, professional. Building needs a total rehab- last decorated in early 70s.

My car was rifled through the passenger cabin, money and a tire pressure gauge was stolen. Also, the exterior finish was vandalized. I did forget to lock the car.

The hotel was very fun down. The 1 bedroom queen had the most disgusting recling chair in it that had aweful stains. I normally don't leave bad reviews but this was beyond horrible. The chain locks were broken.

The bathroom had bugs in it. The attendant was friendly.

The rooms were not great. The sheets had black mark; sheets were torn. The overall experience was poor.

First room the lock did not operate. Shower was being repaired during my stay. It was in usable 3 of the 4 days. Outside door to the hotel had no lock function. Anyone could walk into the hallways. Tv worked only on day one and day 4 of my stay.

The room size was okay with enough space. The bathroom was simply not clean. The water in the sink and toilet were not clear. The overall impression of the facility was that it is terribly dated and definitely needs help everywhere. The breakfast was poor in comparison with other Super 8's. The food wasn't fresh, no juice or eggs; waffle iron old and didn't cook the waffle, for example. Cereal dispenser was empty and coffee was gone one half hour before the end of breakfast. .

The hotel was dirty and smelled awful. The floors had dust (very likely asbestos) on them from repair work that had not been cleaned up. The toilet in my bathroom did not work. The water in the shower was black and dirty. Ran it for quite a while to see if it would flush out. It didn’t. The room was so hot I was sweating profusely. Just an overall horrendous experience. All of it is concerning but the potential asbestos fiber exposure is the main concern. Hotel needs to be thoroughly inspected and fixed.
