This hotel needs a lot of work. You could tell that it must have just been taken over by a new company & they have a lot of work ahead of them with maintenance and staff. Staff wasn’t friendly like it was in the other hotels we stayed at. No one ever made eye contact with you. Staff had to be asked to refill things on the breakfast line, but they were annoyed when asked because they were on their cell phones for what appeared to be personal conversations. My kids didn’t eat because there wasn’t any food for them at 8:30am. Breakfast ended at 9am but staff didn’t want to refill the line. At 9am when breakfast was over, they turned off the lights and broke down the breakfast line of empty containers of food while patrons were still there.
Our shower leaked because it appeared that it wasn’t sealed around the base of the glass door, but again, don’t bother the staff because you could tell we were annoying them while they were on their cell phones. They didn’t even have the courtesy to have an ear piece in, they had they phone up to their ears so you knew they were on the phone and weren’t quite about their conversations.
I don’t know if all the staff was having a bad day, but I don’t think we would ever stay here again.
