No closet or anywhere to hang clothes. Room was across from an icemaker that made horrible racket. Otherwise basic room and adequate breakfast. Bed was comfortable but no blanket available.

No issues

The room we had was the smallest, dirty toilet, dirty floor, something sticky on the floor in front of the nightstand. I feel like it was the room where employees sleep and shower, room 101 to be exact. You could hear when the main door opened, people walking, up and down stairs, definatley not a good nights rest.

There was no elevator but 3 floors. The first room we were given had dirty sheets with hair and skin flakes present. After complaining we were given a room with 2 beds instead of one and the bedding was rumpled as if sat on. There were no washcloths. The tv remote lacked a back plate to cover the battery. The phone did not work so we had to go up and down the stair with our luggage to change rooms each time. The second room lacked charging outlets. For the price we expected at least a clean functional room with washcloths. We did not even try one of the 3 available bagels at breakfast given the room experience.

Staff was super friendly. Room had not been cleaned after the last guest, the bed was made, had two lumpy pillows. Toiletries in bathroom were replaced but nothing had been wiped clean. Dead worms in the floor by the window. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

For the price it was ok. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice.

Third floor for us with no elevator wasn't the best, but good exercise. We wanted cheaper and we got it.

Staff were fine and accommodating, but the building itself is old and run down. I don't expect much for the price I paid, but I honestly just never got comfortable. Room could have been cleaner. Toilet got stuck in a refill cycle (though maintenance quickly resolved). Shower head showed signs of corrosion. Walls are paper thin and could hear the person next door snoring. Probably fine if you need a place to crash for a night, but not multiple nights.

Light bulbs were dead, no chair in my room, but the internet was good.

Hotel bathroom was dirty, hair in shower, dirt on floor. Bed comforter was all stained / dirty + sheets inside out. The wall at the window corner was cracked, damp and moldy. Worst stay of a hotel

It was quiet, comfortable, stay and the staff was all about helping me make my stay better. The manager conversated with me and made me feel welcome and not just a guest. My room was clean and even smelled clean, will definitely be my spot to stop at when I pass by.

This was a very clean and well maintained property and the staff was absolutely amazing

A bit musty and stained sheets

We got in late and was there to visit family and other hotels were booked online so we reserved a room with them. Not my first choice. Bathtub, toilet and just bathroom not clean. No pillow case on a pillow. It looked like someone had been laying on the bed and got up. We were on the third floor. No elevators so we carried our luggage up 3 flights. Okay not the worst but the room came out of a 70’s show. I realize I stayed in those when I was 10. Others travel and need a place to stay or live. However, even they’d like a clean descent place. Clean up your act for others health! No one wants pubic hair and disgusting unknown bodily fluids left behind and not cleaned up. I don’t even leave mine at home! Smh Gross I’m not takin pics of pubic hair!

The staff treated me oddly upon check in. She walked out slowly and glared at me as if I was interrupting her time. When I asked her what was wrong she said she was tired of people checking in. After reaching my room, I noticed the door would not lock from the inside. The fixtures in the room were broken and overall just not a nice room for it being a queen suite. I do not plan to stay there again.

Great

I had the opportunity to stay at the Super 8 in October, 2024. While having to return, I recall why I chose to return to Super 8. The staff is friendly, smiles, helpful and incredibly great to work with. They, Jessica and staff, make the visit very worth while. The rooms have a mini frigerator and microwave making the place almost like a home from home.
