a/c needs cleaning smells musty

The room next door appears to have had its door knob and lock forcibly ripped off (making me feel concerned). My room had a unique odor that I could not identify. The bed/mattress was collapsing and I felt like I was sleeping in a hole and might roll out of bed. I tried moving to the middle but the bed frame could be felt running the length of the bed. The carpet felt grimy underfoot. The shower control did not work correctly and selecting the right temperature was a challenge. I had to find just the right spot to shut it off.

Very friendly staff. Convenient, quiet, clean and secure.

Room had a bad odor.

Only one light in parking lot, the rest burned out. The front door lock did not work. Phone did not work. Construction workers woke us up at 5:30 am. Not a family hotel.

Property is very old and dirty.

The kind of place where you walk in and think “I probably should have spent a little more on a better hotel.” Price matched the quality, so lower price isn’t a necessarily a deal. Dated hotel. Parking was easy. Front desk attendant was quick and friendly. Hallway was dirty and smelled vaguely of urine. Room was fair: scratchy sheets, good towels, water was hot, exhaust fan didn’t work, deadbolt wouldn’t shut, AC worked as expected. P

Check in was great no troubles at all. Check out went well also. Friendly staff both check in and check out. Room was clean.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Not fancy, but everything worked as it should, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, location was good, room was clean, and it's very close to Wal-mart and I-64. I would stay here again.

Safe, quiet hotel

My review is based on my stay. There was nothing wrong with my room. I just didn't get what I paid for because the reservation department over booked the hotel. I paid for a king room and was given a queen. I was told the room rates were higher for the queen room. I stayed in Room 205. There is no way you can convince me that was a queen size bed. I felt like I should have received a refund or at least a partial credit. We we only in Lewisburg for the state fair.

Front desk person was standoffish. Addressed us with just "one word sentences": "last name". I es expecting more after paying $303 a night. Please clean up those carpets!!! They are almost cakey everywhere! Rooms, halls. Worst are the stairs. With those rates you can afford it.

They are great people but need new carpet in rooms and new bedding. Safe and wifi worked great. Got the job done

Just ok, needs complete refresh inside and out, great staff. Corporate/company needs to invest in this one!!!

The entire motel needs to be remodeled. This facility is not up to the standards of Wyndham. We will not be staying at this motel again.
