Very nice comfy

Cozy Clean Room, No issues at all to say, Staff was great too.

The staff was really nice. But the rooms were dirty. Had to get a new room because the room we were gonna be in had some mold.

The parking lot had many people parking there that weren’t staying there.

Dirty bathroom and toilet barely flushed. It looks like nobody cares at all

Check in receptionist was super nice and helpful even with people behind us.

The shower is of great comfort and safe but sheets are with a hard touch

We had unexpected family trip. This hotel was conveniently located between two points we needed to spend most of our time. The owner was really nice. We only expected to stay one or two nights and then we were going to find another place to stay, but the owner put us up in their executive suite and did everything he could help us get through our situation. Therefore he gets a five star for this hotel. I know it’s only a super eight, but he really did a good job helping us out.

It was nice

The jetted tub was held together by duct tape the sheets were wrinkled. The breakfast was gone by 7:30 am.

I've been pleased with Super 8s across the country...this one spoiled the brand.

Arrived to the smell of stale cigarettes in the lobby. Headed up to our room and the smell of fresh and stale cigarettes, marijuana and must. Opened the window to see if we could get the smell out and it didn’t work. Also when looking for this hotel says it has a hot tub, but it doesn’t. Has in room jacuzzi. Would never stay here again. They were not going to give me a refund because we didn’t come down and complain with in 10 minutes after check in. Told me they don’t have control over people smoking in the hotel. Ummm excuse me.. kick them out or call the police. It’s a non smoking building.
